Employees don't understand how to use their ears. I explained to them I need a copy of my certificate for the completion of the course. I couldn't hear or understand the gentlemen . Not good customer service

Because the State of Michigan requires us to electronically report course completions directly to the Michigan Secretary of State, we are not able to provide an official certificate. We can, however, provide a proof of completion for your personal records if needed. All aspects of this class were very easy to understand from beginning to end. Enrolling was not complicated and not too demanding of personal info. The ability to take a break was good. The info really hit home and gave me a new attitude about responsible driving habits.
You could go at your own pace.
The site is simple to use. The site instructions are clear and the site easy navigate around. If there is a issue the chat reps respond quickly.
Very informative, helps keep us in check reminding us on all the things we take for granted every time we get in our vehicle ..

Very thorough. Brought up topics I had never thought about in 61 years of driving. Also refreshed things I should always be doing while drving.
