In der Hoffnung auf Unterstützung in den Wechseljahren schloss ich dieses überteuerte "Programm" ab. Es wird vorab geworben mit verschiedenen Intervallfasten-Plänen in allen Lebenslagen (welche sich vermutlich gar nicht voneinander unterscheiden) und man tut als hätte man das Rad neu erfunden.
Man bekommt ein paar lieblose low carb Rezepte, welche man überall ergoogeln kann, ebenso die täglichen Ratschläge, welche als persönliche Beratung verkauft wird. Auch die Fastentipps sind überall zu finden. Komplett alles was ich da erfahre, bekomme ich vielfach in jeder Intervallfasten Facebook Gruppe gratis.
