I am, but not for much longer, having a Car lease agreement with xxx who use IF for their
car insurance.
I had a claim where I was not updated, not given any quote info from their selected garage for the cost, and agreed - WITHOUT my permission -
an extortionate amount of money for a small dent and scratch to a side door. At no time in the process were we contacted, kept up to date or asked approval of cost appraisal during reparation.
When I called, which was recorded, they agreed we would pay nothing and yet 5 months later, we
received a huge bill.
We contested through the correct channels and their employee listened and even admited we were misinformed, yet it didn’t make any difference. They simply don’t care, have poor correspondence (clearly translated through Google translation) and have been very aggressive
in their response.
End result: They were in the wrong, but we
still need to pay.
Lease cancelled and expecting more charges.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!
Update: Further contacted today via telephone for me to explain situation and this post.
Professional call but, no further outcome. Will take back the feedback and hoping come Back with something. Fingers crossed.

I have car, travel and housecontent insurance from IF for the past few years. The service is fantastic! Much better than I ever expected from an insurance company. Below are my 2 experiences
1. Replaced my iphone very easy after it was broken during cycling and then the replacement iphone Was found faulty after 6month and was changed by IF without any cost.
2. Had to cancel my travel because of the security problems in the region of travel. It was refunded within 4 days and by 2 phone calls.

Last month I received a call from IF, where I had the opportunity to upgrade my dog insurance. Since I had just registered a basic insurance for the dog it was agreed that I would receive the credit of that basic insurance and the upgraded insurance would be fully charged. No problem with that.
Last week I received a full bill to pay but no credit. I complained about the situation and received by post the information that I had money to receive, but they needed my account number again. I called back gave the account number, agreed on the payment.
Immediatly after I received a msg to contact the company because of my dog insurance, called back, and at the customer service they could not confirm why I had to call back, explained the situation all again, but again I would have to wait for someone to call me back the next day. Tired and frustrated with the extreme poor service, asked to cancel the upgrade of the dog insurance and keep the basic one. Then they informed that the company have cancelled my basic dog insurance, meaning that all this time I thought that I had my dog insured, but I didn't have any insurance at all. How hard can it be to do a dog insurance? You pay, and that's it right??? Well, not at IF!!!
Great insurance company. Smooth process and good coverage.

Still shocked at how poor and discriminatory IF's service is. In March I've made global travel insurance for which I pay on a monthly basis. Later this year i've got pregnant and starting November I'm no longer allowed to travel for the coming few months due to medical restrictions. When approaching IF and asking to cancel or freeze my insurance since I won't be using it, I've been told that I can do that, for almost 700DKK, which is comparable to the annual amount I'm paying for this insurance anyways.
What a great service for people with medical problems and flexibility towards pregnant women. Congrats IF, you just gained 700DKK and lost years of insuring our family, our house, and travel.
