Poor experience so far.
I decided to use the insurance to repair my broken MacBook Pro. If.dk processed the claim very quickly, and I was instructed to send my computer to the company called ITServices in Kolding.
I sent the laptop for repair on Aug 25th. It took 5 weeks (36 days to be precise) to get it back.
ITServices proofed to be very unprofessional company. The whole experience was lack of communication, hard to get any updates on repair status and progress, ignorant staff, disregarding the client and providing ridiculous explanations, like "it must take longer as you bought your laptop abroad and the invoice is not in Danish".
Unfortunately, If.dk was not very helpful. Not responding to my messages sent through customer portal. It was extremely hard to get the right person on the phone. The claim department was unable to help and speed up the repair process.

I spoke with Robert via the website chat, and he was incredibly knowledgable, patient, and helpful. I have been trying to get indboforsikring sorted for a month now, and nobody could ever provide cover that matched my needs, but Robert found a way to make it work in a super friendly way. As a one-year client, for another insurance I did not receive the necessary and honest support. I was offered a more expensive insurance instead of a discount for another insurance. I had to do the insurance myself on the web to get a lower price. I'm disappointed !
