Compensation after fire outbreak
I got all the help i need when my apartment caught fire. Compensation was fast and i was compensated for all my property without any problems. The oerson who handled my case, listened to me and always had a solution for all my needs until we agreed on the compensation so it was a great experience.

If Skadeförsäkring has handled my case in an unfair and unprofessional manner. Despite clear evidence from both the police and the opposing party’s insurance company confirming that I was not at fault in the accident, they continued to claim that the accident was my responsibility. Throughout the process, they failed to provide any real assistance or support, refused to contact the other party’s insurer on my behalf, and dismissed my rights as their customer. This behavior has caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and a complete lack of trust in their ability to handle claims impartially.

It is one because there is no way to rate 0
I've been an IF customer since I moved to Sweden six years ago. I recently needed to use their services, and it was shocking how bad this company is. I received a yellow flag when I filed a simple claim related to my son's broken glasses, and since the beginning of the year, no one has taken a single step to resolve it. Even worse, I see the case on the website, and it's listed as resolved. Last month, I had a trip delay, and my claim was denied again.
If you try to file a claim via the website, it rarely works.
IF is terrible, and on top of that, they hold you in for a year with a bind period. I have to live with this awful insurance company until June 2025, when I begin my journey with Hedvig.

First, they connected to me terribly road assistance partner ( Viking Sverige AB), and both companies staff handling car insurance claims were very dishonest about the invoice prices sent to me. They kept making surprising excuses when i insisted on my rights. Fraudulent experience in one word.

Everything was so easy online, I couldn’t believe how straightforward it was. However, my full name was not on the form I needed to sign. I called and spoke to a lovely person called Agneta who helped me. She was really great! Thank you.
