Terrible

Terrible. I had a service like a year ago, you need to contact support to cancel, long story short, support said they canceled my plan but didn’t and it charges my card for another year and my email is flooded with invoices.

I have repeatedly received invoices for a domain name that is already included in my premium web hosting package. My web hosting renewal is due next month, yet I've been requested to pay despite having made payments covering the upcoming month. This is the third year in a row it happened.

Great support as always

The support team always helps me when I had problems on emails, servers even I encountered less on their services. The support are superb and always have time to help you immediately. They always solve problem immediately so my business keeps running. I have multiple services account with them and all are running well because of magnificent support.

My geniune iFastNet review.

Yo! I've been with iFastNet since 2022, here is my experience & story with them.

I first started using their free hosting services (MOFH) at 2022 and had a good experience. While the free E-Mail services were disabled, everything else was perfect. Apps were working, HTML & PHP was working, everything was as expected.

Next, at 2023 I went and bought their Ultimate Premium (Monthly) plan for 1 month to check them our deeper. I am more than satisfied to say that they are very very good at what they do.

While sometimes they do have downtime, it's only for a few minutes and it's very rare nowadays for downtime to happen.

Their cPanel & WHMCS configuration is very good and easy to use so I never get confused while using their provided panels & billing portals.

The only thing that annoys me A TON (that's why I didn't put 5 stars) is their Support Portal.

While they could use WHMCS's built in ticketing system, they use their own which it's Sign Up portal half of the times doesn't send emails (or sent's spam which my inbox blocks) or it doesn't even register you, making you to Sign Up using other emails and then specify in your tickets your main account's email.

But other than that, easy to use, well built & fast!

Reliable and Supportive!

I've been using Ifastnet for domains and as a fast-download-server for my game servers for over a year now. Never once had an issue (that I didn't cause myself lol). They're so reliable, and their customer support is top notch and super patient/understanding. They are always happy to help me dig out of whatever hole I've configured myself into, and just super friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. Moreover, their prices are ridiculous and they never hassle or haggle. Highly recommend them.

Support Wahala! (Isssues). Once a great service provider, but...

I was asked to upgrade to a VPS Plan a few months ago. I was on a Business Standard Hosting Plan and had just 2 WordPress sites installed and these were under construction.
From August to date, the problem i thought had been fixed has really not been fixed. I just added a third wordpress site and now all my websites on the VPS hosting plan i was forced to upgrade to are down.

I contacted support to look into this. For hours now I have been ghosted with no explanations.

At this point i'm just out of energy to follow this up.

The my disappointment with the support team is the result of my poor review, for the second time in 3 months.

My experiences with this company have been good ones. Their services are as good or better than some other services I have tried and the costs of their services are very affordable. Their support team responds very quickly and based on their affordable prices and great customer support I would strongly recommend this company to a friend.

This company has gone downhill

I used this service for years, until there were huge bugs and problems with my webspace. Support was unable to fix over numerous months, so I decided to cancel after a decade. When I asked to cancel they kept charging me, didn't cancel my account and then tried to refuse my request of a refund. It was only when I mentioned I worked in cosumer journalism that they cancelled and refunded my money. Stay away from these guys, the service has gone downhill and the support is poor unless you ask for escalations which can be time consuming.

In the end the only way they said I could fix my sites is to do a complete backup for my webspace myself, delete everything then reupload. Even though the issue was on their end. Lazy and incompetent, deceptive business practices. I'm not sure if it's new management, bad hires, or just laziness. Now my account is fully cancelled, I recommend you do not use this hosting service.
