I've been using iFastNet for my we hosting for over five years now and I can't be happier with them. There services are the most complete and versatile I've ever used and their prices cannot be beat. You know exactly what you're getting and you know what your payments are going to be. They don't hide anything behind fancy marketing that is geared to trick you into paying more than what you expected to pay. If you sign-up with them when there's a promotion on, that promotion price stays in effect for as long as you keep your account open. And they offer some pretty good discounts, too.

Their customer support is fast and effective. You actually communicate with real people who know what they're doing. When ever I've had a question or an issue arise, the support staff has always gone above and beyond to answer my inquiry.

The latest issue I had was with an update to the MySQL back-end. One of my online file sharing services became inaccessible. I opened an incident ticket and less than 5 hours later, the support staff looked into my situation and resolved the problem on their end. That was pretty good, as I live in North America, in a time zone seven hours behind their local time.

I'm utterly impressed with their service and plan to remain a customer of theirs for a long time to come.

It is the best. I was searching for a platform that could host my website on its platform for free without any ads for free, and this one is by far the best experience I've ever had.

I just wanted to share my great experience with this hosting service. Their support team is absolutely fantastic super quick and really helpful.

I ran into a problem with my website and these guys were on it right away. They know their stuff and fixed things up in no time. I was seriously impressed.

What stood out for me was how fast they responded and kept me in the loop. It's clear they care about making things easy for new users like me.

Specially for beginners on handling domain, their support team always give time to assist your queries and provide easy to understand step by step procedures to solve your issues.

I have been working with them for many years. The most important thing for me in hosting is service availability, 70% of which is support. Everything is very good with the iFastNet - support helps as quickly as if they were sitting in the same room with me.

I transferred my system to iFastNet from a previous unreliable host. So far so good. I have not experienced any downtimes. Implementing my system was seamless, especially with Git integration. Support tickets are responded to in record time. Highly recommend. I joined in on the Super Premium Monthly package. Now planning to go for the longer period plans.

An extremely good and flexible service. Absolute fantastic support who resolve any questions or issues I have quickly and politely. The hosting service is amazing and so economical too. I have used and recommended iFastNet since at least early 2015 and cannot recall having any issues whatsoever with the service.

I had setup an account with them and after paying through PayPal, needed to replace that with a faster payment vehicle, which also was processed. As a result, I requested a refund for the initial PayPal payment. iFastNet's customer service took care of this quickly and were very courteous and efficient.

Got into iFastNet because I was surprised by the quality of support in the free tier (InfinityFree). I thought it'd be even better. WRONG. Oh, so wrong. It's a continuous joke. CPanel full of nonworking stuff (like SSH keys, which you can upload but not use!). IO limits so low that a minor Wordpress upgrade will trigger warnings. Support is worse than useless - they give you wrong information. Lack of explanations even about paid stuff. The "knowledge base" is full of single-line articles dated 2015.

I found that there's even an unofficial chat just for customers complaining about it. That's where you'll end too!

The final straw was that they seem to know nothing about the GDPR and other privacy laws. I've worked around their ineptitude for months, but this can't be fixed, so I'm moving out.

Suspended my account without asking me to fix an issue, now my entire network is at an end. The company is demanding I move to a server that is 150 USD a month and I can no longer afford it. They also did not allow me to correct the issue beforehand so now my online presence is destroyed. Could not recommend them after almost two years with the company.

Great service. Anytime I have any kind of trouble I contact the support team as I am not tech minded. Everytime they have helped me it has been sorted within minutes. Cannot fault at all. Many thanks to the team for all the support.
