Seriously, this company is a joke. Much like the other reviews here, I placed an order, they waited 3 weeks to inform me the item was out of stock, cancelled my order, and then queued my refund for processing. Its been more than a week and still no refund. I should not have been charged to begin with, until the item was confirmed available and shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal, and iFurn wont even acknowledge that. It is my opinion that this is iFurns business model. Fraud through collection of interest on bogus orders. There is no redeeming quality for this business. Dont be tempted by the 10% coupon, like I was. You have been warned

"DO NOT BUY HERE!!! i have ordered a 2 piece entertainment ceter. 2 of the 3 pieces are damaged. the items are MUCH darker than displayed in the website i.e. we wanted natural wood color we got dark cherry! not even close.

when explaining we dont want it due to false advert. we are explained that the damaged merch. is "buyers remorse". We must pay for the FREE shipping to us, the shipping back to manufacture and a min. of 20% restocking fee. This equates to more than we paid for the garbage we got!

AGAIN DO NOT BUY HERE!!! they ship large items via FedEx, who is not equiped with one guy to carry 150 odd pounds, no hydraulic lift in truck etc. Our items i imagine were just slammed everywhere.

Ifurn does not care, they will do anything to not take the furniture back!!!

Also, when filing a claim, we don't hear from them for days."

STAY AWAY. I would strongly recommend not using this retailer. The merchandize I received look absolutely nothing like what was displayed on their website. The changing table I purchased was advertized as a coffee finish was actually two completely different colors. The only way to make the items match is use Photoshop to doctor the images. I contacted their customer service about the issues and they wanted and received photos of the problem. After sending photos they claimed to need photos of another item which on their own website is advertized as a different collection which does not match other collections to compare finishes. The company takes no responsibility for what it sells and claims it is an issue with the manufacture and is not their problem. Still no resolution and I’ve been ripped off for a couple hundred bucks. Stay away, horrible products and customer service.
