The sizes are way off and when trying to return they make you send it to Vietnam which cost over $40 and then say they never received the return. Go somewhere else or throw good money away! Scam, scam!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!! Ordered 1 jersey on 11/28. Received it 12/26. Was supposed to be a Women's Medium. It would fit a small child. Also color was off from normal team jerseys. I requested a return on 12/30 and got every excuse in the book about not being able to return it for 14 days through email. Once I was approved for a return they stated that I had to ship it to Vietnam even thought the website lists returns are sent to California. Shipping to Vietnam is more expensive than the Jersey cost. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company!!! IGFUL is awful!! They are not customer friendly. They made a mistake in my order and are giving me a difficult time. Don’t waste your time purchasing from IGFUL.

The site is legit… ordered two Walter Payton jerseys, both arrived, correct size, color, and better than the quality you’d expect for the price. The only thing that’s a bit deceiving, you order through a US based office, but the items ship from Asia and the details on the shipment could be a bit better. Otherwise everything is good.

I would give them a -0- if I could. I also paid $73 for a jersey. It ended up being too small so I asked for a refund. Same old line, that I'd have to send to Vietnam.
I opened a dispute with Affirm, the company I set up a "pay in 4" payment of $18.37 each. I had made one payment. I provided information to help dispute the case. Affirm just now, on Dec. 10 notified me that they basically couldn't reach Igful/KoboBrand so now I have to pay what I owe. I will not buy anything through Affirm anymore since they did nothing to help me. I should've known that if the item was cheaper, the company is not legit.

FRAUD!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Jersey is fake, very low quality in terms of jersey weight, stitching, logos. It’s actually terrible. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Seller states they will honor returns sent to Vietnam. However I think we all know how that will work out. Save your $$$ and aggravation by not doing business with them.

Ordered a Jersey and got something I did not want or like.
They do not care about customer service at all. Selling shirts for $75 and ordering from TEMU or same Quality.

wrong size jersey sent, now they want me return at my expense to Vietnam as they said this is the only place they except returns. ($30)Sent them a copy of tHEIR size chart, they sent me a bogus one back. I wanted a YS received a small adult, a nightmare dealing with them. My banks fraud department on it i hope will resolve. DONT BUY FROM THEM THIS NIGHTMARE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS NOW.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It gave options for the jersey I ordered as far as size. It gave women's and men's sizes. I ordered a woman's large, I got an email that said men's small. I emailed back and said what the heck I ordered a women's large. Why offer women's sizes if your not going to honor it? So I told them if they were going to mail men size's to make it a medium. They mailed a men's large.

Almost immediately realized shipping was later than originally stated, messaged them immediately telling them to cancel the order & refund b/c the order hadn't been filled yet. Next day got a response with some B.S. partial refund, or get full refund if I ship it back to them. I foolishly opted for sending back. Asked for address and it was bunk and in Vietnam.
TOTAL SCAM

Don’t buy from them!! Horrible. I sent my bunk jersey I bought back in Aug and paid $30 to do so all the way to Vietnam through customs and they say they still don’t have it. They think we are all idiots!

I bought a women's large jersey. They sent me a youth large- it was visibly so small a child could barely fit it. Then offered me a 15% refund after acknowledging they sent the wrong size. The they told me I was responsible for returning the item if I wanted to full refund.

Careful !!! Although the item i bought was good, but the wrong size. That happens. But when i wanted to send it back, there was suddenly no more German adress to send back as it was written in the AGB's. They wanted me to send it to VIETNAM. The adress in Vietnam is unclear and the shipping outrageously expensive. All in one a pricey experience !

For anyone thinking about ordering from this company do not you'll pay high dollar for some knock-off BS that takes forever to ship to you. when they're standard shipping says five to seven business days and you have to be the one to pay for shipping. And the only way to contact them is through a Gmail. Let's just say I'm going to BBB with this company the same as a seller on ecrater

Not buying in this store robs you, charges your account twice and sends you emails telling you to complete your order.

They charged for express shipping but shipped with standard shipping. Their storage is in Los Angeles, and my address is in LA, after ordering, my box went through california, to 5 different states and then back to LA, which took 20 days, and at the end the item is too small. I am 99% sure this is fake, since 7.5 size of new balance always fits me, not this one though, it is toooo small, therefore it is not authentic New Balance!

Complete scam. They sent fake shoes, then stated I couldn’t return them and only gave me a partial refund. Then stated they don’t sell shoes anymore. Complete scam site
