Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people expressed dissatisfaction with the product quality, citing issues like dull colors and blurry details on items. Customers also found the website poorly designed, with inconsistent layouts and interactive maps that didn't always load correctly. They aren't even pretending to be unbiased anymore

One of their reviewers openly stated that they are downgrading any game that uses the name "Gulf of America."
What the heck does this have to do with how good a game is? Why should I place *any* trust in an organization that shoves their political beliefs down our throats in what's supposed to be a game review?
I'm removing IGN from, well, everything. Imagine openly admitting you can't do your job correctly... or worse, that you're unwilling to do your job correctly.
For those of you who side with IGN, remember this: this time, you might agree with their opinion. But they've shown their willing to let their personal feelings unrelated to the subject affect their views. Can you really trust them to give fair reviews at all anymore?

A far leftist organization populated by…

A far leftist organization populated by Reddit communists. They have an agenda to push, and God-willing, they will do what's necessary to push it.

That said~ they actually did tone it down since late 2021; it actually used to be significantly worse. I am hopeful that with the radical culture shift away from the left, IGN will continue their slow return to normalcy.

IGN is a team of game…

IGN is a team of game journalists/reviewers who want to make people believe that they are honest and neutral with their reviews and articles, but we all know that's bullshit. What they are is basically a small community of journalists who use their reviews as a leverage to get paid from the gaming companies and spread their political agendas across gaming communities.

Writers for IGN get $20 per story sounds bad does it, but what they have been writing lately I would not pay them $1 because they only give false information and down right lies. The only godsend IGN is a sinking ship
only hope it takes the writers and reviewers down with them.

Corrupt Company

These people are not journalists, they're activists. They stand for corruption, segregation, dishonesty, racism, and discrimination. These people have no integrity and can be bought out to slander others. Even when there is a community vote that anyone can vote in, these votes are quickly altered to push their own agenda or whoever paid them the most at the time. Within the Gaming community (their supposed audience) they're already a joke and no one takes them serious, and anyone associated with them has their integrity in question. Stay away from this company.

Untrustworthy Sellouts/Incredibly Biased

One of the most untrustworthy gaming review sites that exist today. Their reviews are incredibly biased and all you have to do is follow the money. So many actually honest review sources you could go to.

Hate filled propaganda.

I feel insulted every time I read one of their reviews. They can't help but belittle an actor because they're white or muscular. The movie involves a straight person so they don't feel an interest to make a logical review.
Spreading hate and propaganda is all they do now.

IGN has lost any sense of integrity…

IGN has lost any sense of integrity over the years.
Furthermore they are fueling the fans of missunderstanding towards the very groups of people they claim to push their "agenda" for & I do not think it accidental. Misguided & hypocritical to boot.
For any self-respecting gamer. Blacklist this one and any associate sites.
You'll be better for it & in time the internet may just become a better place for it too.
This isn't hate. It is justice.

Not what it used to be

I used to watch a lot of IGN content, because of nerd theme that was set. Nowadays, this company is more set on pushing woke stuff in our throats than it's about gaming.

They have rigged the GOTY voting by delisting great games like Wukong as an option to choose. There are many videos of this specific subject on youtube.

Why are they still here

IGN has consistently been the one of the many outlets that decimates good medium by giving praise, contributing to the rise of bad ones, their credibility over the past decade has tanked far lower than the depths of the Mariana Trench whence they should belong. They actively try to sabotage games and movies that don't conform to their own twisted agendas of toxic wokeism and extremism by using fake evidence, spiteful narratives.

Black Myth: Wukong (You know what they did)

Regarding Black Myth: Wukong, IGN released an article where the developers Game Science had told streamers to; not talk about politics, not to use offensive language, not to insult other players/streamers, do not discuss China's news, opinions or policies, do not use 'trigger words' (ugh) such as isolation, quarantine or Covid-19. Seriously what does that have to do with a video game?
In fact the only thing the developers told the streamers was "just enjoy the game!"
IGN spun this as though it was an insult to gamers to just have fun. Disgusting.
