They do exactly what they say they will…
They do exactly what they say they will do, and based upon the recorded conversations that I heard, they do it well. The callers are professional and courteous but also persistent in their goal to schedule appointments. Quality service.

Every member of the Ignite Connections…
Every member of the Ignite Connections team is great to deal with. It's clear that they have all been well-trained to stick with a system that works and to provide excellent customer service. I haven't yet closed a transaction from my Ignite Connections leads but I have met with potential sellers who aren't quite ready to go yet. They are in my follow-up pipeline and I hope to close a deal with at least one of them by the end of the year.
Continuos flow of leads
I continue to get leads each week and have had 2 listing appointments thus far. Nothing immediately ready to sell but filling the pipeline for the future and at solid sale price points.
New Client
So I’ve only been with Ignite for a very short time. I think I’m going on a month and a half maybe. So far I’ve gotten two solid Seller leaves that I’m hoping to meet With in the next week. The sellers also need to buy. Nothing is actually closed yet, but I’m feeling good about the connections. I like that I can hear the audio for every call that actually ends up in an appointment. So far I really like the service.
Ignite does the part I hate. They turn cold calls into warm nurture opportunities.
The team at ignite has been great to work with. They are friendly, and make calls consistently. They have teed up several warm lead opportunities that I can continue to nurture. I have had several good conversations with prospects, that will likely turn into deals with a little time and follow-up.
Do not believe the promises they make.
Ignite as a company has no regard or respect for the industry that they attempt to serve. That has been made abundantly clear through their actions regarding our contract, and I know we are not the only real estate professionals of whom this company has taken advantage. While they are technically correct that their team did not meet the 15% contact threshold, I view this as a total and abject failure on Ignite’s part - not ours as the customer. Therefore, we should not be penalized for their failings.
Our contract started on August 28, 2025, was set to last six months and should have expired on February 28,2026. Without our knowledge or permission, the contract was extended until the end of March due to the company’s holiday schedule. This is NOT disclosed in the contract.
Besides this extension, we agreed to an additional three months for Ignite to attempt to meet the promises and “guarantees” set forth. Based on the indecipherable contact rate calculation after a full TEN MONTHS, this is again a total and absolute failure on the part of this company. This is clear evidence that their practices and procedures DO NOT WORK. This is more than apparent as I can list at least fifteen potential customers from the call list who have in fact listed their properties for sale in the last ten months. This is proof that our requested and agreed upon target audience would in fact have been fruitful if their practices worked. As real estate professionals, we are expected to deal in good faith, and it is clear that this company has no integrity.
It is evident that this company had zero intent to fulfill its obligations and never intended to honor the promises made during the onboarding process. This is evident in the repeated reviews posted by their many dissatisfied customers, which show the same verbiage used repeatedly - including allowing Calum to give false hope to their customers in the very precise phrasing of his refund submittal - both verbal and written. This is systematic fraud.
I was also denied the escalation of my request and was told that basically the CEO has better things to do than deal with actual customers.
Extremely Unsatisfied
Unfortunately, my experience with Ignite Connections was extremely disappointing.
The sales process created expectations that the program would generate meaningful results for our business. After investing our time and money, it became clear that the product was not capable of delivering what was represented. When I raised my concerns, I was met with a response that essentially confirmed nothing was going to change.
What started as disappointment turned into frustration. Rather than working toward a solution or taking ownership of our concerns, the company seemed content to accept that the results simply weren't there.
To make matters worse, this is now the second time I've had a negative experience with this company, so I can't attribute it to a one-time issue.
I also attempted to escalate my concerns by requesting contact information for the owner, but that request went unanswered.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ignite Connections. If you're considering investing in their services, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about expected results and how success is measured before committing.
They create connections with qualified sellers
The callers are great! They provide guidance and scripts that allow your connections to be successful. This is a great way to have a company start conversations and qualify sellers.
I’ve gotten some quality leads
I’ve gotten some quality leads. Their target marketing is very creative. Their callers are professional and sound like they are actually my team working for me. I highly Recommend trying them out.
One star is generous
Ignite Connections sold us a service built around a guarantee of 40 appointments and nurture opportunities. By the end of the campaign, the results were nowhere close to what had been promised. Their own dashboard showed 17,730 calls, with 17,033 resulting in no answer, which worked out to a connection rate of approximately 3.9%. Ignite then denied our refund because the campaign failed to meet a 15% connection-rate requirement.
That would be frustrating enough on its own, but Ignite controlled the leads, contact information, callers, dialing schedule, campaign strategy, and outreach execution. Somehow, the failure of the campaign they managed became the customer's reason for not qualifying for the guarantee.
When we asked what percentage of their campaigns actually achieve the required 15% connection rate, they refused to disclose that information. Their final response simply stated that their position would not change.
Communication throughout the process was also disappointing. We repeatedly had to follow up for answers, including after being told the refund request had been submitted for review. Rather than taking accountability for the poor performance, nearly every conversation seemed to circle back to extending the campaign, continuing the service, or giving them more time to produce results.
The most troubling part is not simply that the campaign failed. Marketing efforts do not always work. The problem is selling a money-back guarantee, controlling every part of the process, producing a connection rate far below the required threshold, and then using that same failure to deny the refund.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Ignite Connections to another real estate professional. Read every condition of the guarantee carefully, ask for documented performance statistics before signing, and do not rely on verbal assurances.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. They do not follow up or get back to you. They never delivered on thier contract with me. They attempted to modify the calling area with even less results. They do not stand by their agreement.
I am in the process of involving my lawyer.
Zero Appointments, Refund Denied, and a Guarantee I Could Never Evaluate
Zero Appointments, Refund Denied, and a Guarantee I Could Never Evaluate
I invested $7,800 with Ignite Connections under a written agreement that included a contractual guarantee of eight appointments, subject to certain conditions.
Over approximately eight months, the campaign produced zero appointments.
Throughout the engagement, I repeatedly raised concerns regarding campaign performance, lead quality, reporting accuracy, and the lack of meaningful results. Each time, Ignite responded by changing the campaign strategy, including calling lists, targeting, scripts, callers, and overall campaign approach. I was repeatedly told that each revised strategy simply required additional time before meaningful results could be expected.
On May 4, 2026, after I requested to terminate the campaign due to poor performance, Ignite advised me in writing that ending the campaign before the contractual end date would make me ineligible for a refund. I was also told that if the agreed-upon results were not achieved by the end of the contract term, they would support me through the refund review process. Based on those written representations, I continued through the end of the campaign.
After the campaign concluded, my refund request was denied because the campaign allegedly failed to satisfy a contractual 15% connection-rate requirement.
My concern is not that this provision existed in the agreement. My concern is that throughout eight months of discussions regarding poor performance, repeated campaign pivots, and even specific discussions about my refund rights, I was never advised that the 15% connection-rate requirement would ultimately determine my eligibility for the contractual guarantee.
I documented the entire engagement—including the contract, payment records, dashboard data, and every email exchanged—and submitted a detailed formal contractual dispute. Ignite reviewed my submission and maintained its position.
Prospective customers should carefully review every condition attached to the guarantee, ask how those conditions are measured, ask whether progress toward those conditions will be disclosed during the campaign, and understand exactly how refund eligibility will be determined before signing the agreement.
Great Company
I had an excellent experience working with Ignite Connections team from start to finish. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their communication was clear, they answered all of my questions promptly, and I always felt supported throughout every step of the journey.

Sales pressure and deception
I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel obligated to warn other Realtors about my experience with Ignite Connections.
Before I signed anything, I made it very clear that I was concerned about my market being more rural. I specifically questioned whether they would be able to generate enough qualified appointments in my area. Instead of acknowledging the risk, I was repeatedly reassured that it would not be a problem. The salesperson leaned heavily on the company’s money-back guarantee and repeatedly assured me that if the campaign didn’t work out, I would be protected. Those assurances were one of the biggest reasons I agreed to move forward.
Looking back, I feel those assurances gave me a false sense of security.
After spending thousands of dollars, the results were nowhere close to what I believed I had been led to expect. When I requested a refund under the money-back guarantee that had been emphasized throughout the sales process, I discovered that the contract contained conditions that, in my opinion, made the guarantee far more limited than it had been presented. My refund request was denied.
What frustrated me the most is that many of the people in my campaign were never successfully reached, yet the company relied on connection-rate requirements in the contract to deny my claim. From my perspective, that meant I had no meaningful protection even though the guarantee had been one of the biggest selling points used to overcome my concerns. It left me feeling as though the guarantee was structured in a way that made it extremely difficult to actually use when the campaign didn’t perform as I expected.
I requested a copy of the sales call, or at least a transcript, because I believe it would show how strongly the money-back guarantee was emphasized before I signed. The company refused to provide it. Later, a representative told me they had reviewed the call internally and acknowledged that expectations regarding the guarantee had been set during the sales conversation, but still maintained that only the written contract controlled.
After everything I’ve experienced, I genuinely feel like I was a victim of what feels like a fraudulent sales process. That is my personal opinion based on how the guarantee was presented to me versus how it was ultimately applied. I trusted what I was told, relied on the repeated assurances that I would be protected, and spent thousands of dollars believing I had meaningful recourse if the campaign didn’t work. Looking at the number of complaints from other customers, I can’t help but feel that I am not the only Realtor who has walked away feeling this way.
If you’re considering Ignite Connections, my advice is simple: do not rely on the salesperson’s explanation of the money-back guarantee. Read every word of the contract, consider having an attorney review it, and insist that every important promise made during the sales process is reflected in writing before you spend a dollar.
This review reflects my personal experience and my honest opinion.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. When I initially read the reviews I thought that maybe these people were having bad luck. I signed up and paid $4000. They supposedly made 2500 calls in one month and not one single lead. When I tried calling them, they would not answer their phone. Stay away from this scam company. Only pay with a credit card because you can dispute the charge
I have been under contract for 5…
I have been under contract for 5 months. Paid everything and havent had 1 appointment. I tried to ask cordially about giving me back a refund based on the contractual agreement that if they dont provide me with qualified leads that add up to a total of 3.5 mil in volume then I will get a full refund. I asked that they do this early because there is no way they are going to get me that in one month unless there is something off going on. They told me they wouldnt do that, and now I randomly have gotten an appointment that has no call recorded and nothing showing that its real. I would not sign up with this company again. Ive spent much less for much more.
I hired Ignite Connections for a 6-month circle-prospecting campaign
I hired Ignite Connections for a 6-month circle-prospecting campaign and paid $6,750 based on their written guarantee of at least 8 qualified appointments or double your money back.
Ignite chose the contact list and made all the calls. Over the full term they made 12,000+ calls and produced 1 appointment, 0 opportunities, and $0 in pipeline. When I requested the refund under their guarantee, they denied it, citing a 15% "connection rate" condition, a number driven entirely by the list they selected and how their team dialed it. I had no control over either.
When I raised that, their rep wrote back that "success is not something that can be guaranteed," after having sold me a written guarantee. In my opinion, the guarantee is written so the one condition that controls eligibility is controlled by them, which makes it very difficult to ever collect on.
I'd encourage any agent considering them to read the guarantee conditions closely before signing. My experience did not come close to what was promised.
First Listing Appt inside 2.5 Weeks of Onboarding!
What can I say? Had a fantastic connect with a seller within 2.5 weeks of onboarding with Ignite! Confident the first appointment is going to go great as the seller & had a fateful thing occur where her daughter (reason for the move) lived on a street that I'd sold a historic home on in the past. When I mentioned the street, she said that's where my daughter bought & I want to live by her! Crazy fateful connect! Love Hannah, Ariana - you've all been amazing so far! THANK YOU!
