This was a waste of time and money
Shortly after, they sent over a “lead,” but when I called her at the scheduled appointment time the next day, she didn’t answer or respond to any of my messages. It honestly felt like a fake lead just to get me to extend the agreement.

Hi David - thank you for your honest review of the organization. You're exactly right - we DID run a 60-day trial with you which is why we split up the payments the way we did. The misunderstanding, it seems, comes from the fact that we were due to initiate a refund after the 60 days.
There's a reason we don't, as a baseline, offer month-to-month agreements. Our service takes time. You requested a 60-day trial period with us - we obliged. That said, in order for our program to really work, we recommend all clients run our 6-month program at the minimum.

Quick heads up for anyone looking into appointment setting services…
I spent $8,500 with Ignite Connections expecting qualified appointments. It didn’t deliver.
When I asked for a refund, they pointed to a “connection rate” clause that basically makes it very hard to qualify — even if results aren’t there.
Tried to resolve it directly, no luck.
Just sharing so others are aware — read the guarantee terms very carefully on these types of services.
These guys are a scam. Don't do business with them.

I think what we're a little confused about over here is the discrepancy between your claim and the truth of the matter. On our end, we set nine (9) appointments & nurtures for you with people who said they were interested in selling.
As you know (better than us, even!), real estate isn't a quick-conversion game, especially not in a market like yours. These conversations and conversions often take time. But if you're patient and follow-up with the leads we sent, we'd love to hear from you that you were able to list a few of the homes as so many of our clients do!

What a nearly $4k disappointment
What a nearly $4k disappointment! I had such high hopes when I signed up with this company. After 3 months, they sent 1 referral - well 2 but in their own notes, it said that the home owner had no intention of selling - so why do you consider this a lead?? When I complained, I was told that the 1st 3 months really just lays the groundwork and that leads should start coming in once I renew. So I'm supposed to gamble again with thousands of my dollars? Very disappointing.

As we tell all of our clients: this program takes time. The 3-month terms are simply a sampler for people who have had bad experiences in the past with other companies; perhaps agents who have been burned and don't want to start off with a 6-12 month commitment right off the bat. But there's a reason we don't guarantee any results in the first 90 days...this is a cold calling program. It takes time. But time with us is an agents greatest asset.
You see, over time, we connect with more and more people who want to sell over the next 2...3...4..6...12 month periods. So after a while, the efforts from today begin to compound exponentially.
We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your first 3 months. But with more time, results have no choice but to follow! Patience is crucial with a program like this and hey...if you find a service that delivers overnight results, call us - we'll change our whole business model tomorrow.
But something tells me such a thing might not exist considering most agents are still looking for it!

Chris thank you for the review. Of course it's a lot more fun and fulfilling to reply to our 5-Star clients but, like any business, we're bound to receive a few low ratings along the way, try as we might to be perfect haha.
As I'm sure you know by know, this is a long-term play. Zillow leads and whatever else is on the market might deliver faster turnover, but our top clients know that this program takes time to deliver.
That said, over a 6-month time period, I'd expect all clients to receive sufficient opportunity such that they can convert or at least be confident in their ability to convert a few down the line enough to see return on their investment with us.
Perhaps our disagreement comes from the "accomplished nothing" portion of the review. On our end, based on your average sale price, we put over $2,000,000 worth of prospects into your pipeline who expressed interest in selling in the form of an appointment and five nurtures.
We recommend following the Follow Up procedures for long-term conversion of those opportunities! Your call team here in Canada works hard to get those so we always ask that you do your best to convert!

I invested about $4,000 with Ignite for lead generation and received virtually no results. Only one contact was ever provided, which falls far short of what was promised.
Based on my experience, the claims made during the sales process were misleading and not delivered on. I made multiple attempts to resolve this, but nothing was done to make it right. I would not recommend this service.

After no immediate results, I took a 6 mo break and I just followed up and two actually signed with other agents. I should have followed up more, that was my bad. So, the good news, one says he will list with me this year and another might, if she decides to sell. Anyway, just wanted to thank you and say your leads are good. Reaching out of my Sphere of Influence is not something I have been good at to grow my business. Not much catches my attention on a sales call, especially not that is an investment like this one. I am SO THRILLED I made the leap to try this out with them. Their Appointment guarantees are what hooked me to give it a try. I really only need one conversion to pay for itself. and I have had SO MUCH SUCCESS with the sellers they have gotten me an appointment with. People I never would have been in contact with otherwise. Phenomenal, and Exactly the assistant I needed to grow the listing side of my business.

I would give them 1 star but Zach was nice to work with and although they offered ZERO results, they were quick to respond to my emails. I would caution everyone before signing up with this company. They had zero results for me. I spent $4000 and got NOTHING in return. So beware. They literally spoke to 100 people that got ZERO results. Most people did not answer the phone, a lot of the phone numbers they had were wrong. On asking their customer service to help, they're full of attitude and had nothing to offer to help with the non-performance. They wanted me to shell out more money & then they would promise some results. So buyer beware! My hard earned money went down the drain. Lesson learnt the hard way.
