My review is long overdue. Ignition was a part of my very first online gaming sites (slotslv was first, then I found ignition) they have been my 100% always trusted go to for many many years. I've redeemed thousands at a time, multiple times, I've never once had even one issue with any deposit or redemption and x that by at least 6 years of activity. To see a rating below 4 is hard to even understand! Ignition has well earned trust which should be the most important factor in deciding where to send your money, and where to trust you will get your money if you are so lucky to be redeeming. Leaving a rating based on not winning makes no sense to me. It's hardly in the control of the site to be able to make you win (at least if you are expecting them to be operating under fair gaming) those factors are completely out of the control of luck, timing, what game your playing, and your wagering every spin and wager amount. Dear Ignition

I recently saw that you requested more information regarding the negative balance tied to my account.

I also got a notification telling me that you attempted to have my review removed for “defamatory” content as well. Why would you request more information, then try to have my review censored?

As for my account, YOUR agent called me, told me my RECENT transaction from 3 or so months ago was denied by my bank, and that I should have received a refund from my bank as well(which obviously never happened). It was a crypto deposit, and she still made up some lie about the crypto being linked to my bank. Why do your agents continue to lie to me?

When I told her it was fine, I just won’t play in Ignition anymore, she told me that IGNITION would be sending my outstanding balance to COLLECTIONS. I told her good luck with that lol.

As for the issue that happened in 2025 when my credit card information was stolen, the “vendor” tied to the stolen funds did refund a PARTIAL amount of the money stolen from me. After this, Ignition placed a negative balance on my account, and then closed the account altogether.

Months later In February, and months before my last CRYPTO deposit, I got an email and an IM from ignition stating that my account was reinstated, and my negative balance was cleared because “mistakes happen and I’m a valued player” LOL. In other words, I was free to play, and I was told in two separate messages that I would not have to worry about any negative balance moving forward. I’m assuming due to the insanity that happened regarding my information being stolen, and the ensuing conversations afterwards.

Now, over 8 months since that debacle, there’s a -$500+ balance on my account, and the agent who called me not only lied and made up some story about my CRYPTO DEPOSIT being tied to my bank, and my bank rejecting it, but she threatened me with taking me to collections.

Literally none of this makes sense, especially given the timeline I just laid out for you. My bank wouldn’t take money back 8 months later, especially considering the fraud claim and investigation was closed 6 months ago, and all my money was refunded or credited by my bank.

The negative balance on my account is not valid, and there’s no excuse for it. Your agent tried to make up some terrible excuse and seemed to be lying as the conversation continued, making things up as she went.

The bottom line is I owe Ignition nothing, you’ve placed a negative balance on my account that I will never pay, and you can’t even provide a good reason for it lol. Maybe it’s a mistake, or maybe it’s an attempt to take money from me. Who knows. But your excuses make zero sense, and anyone with a functioning brain reading these reviews can see that.

Don’t give me anymore excuses about how “sometimes, blah blah blah”. None of it lines up with the timelines or what actually happened.

To top it off, I lost out on over $1,000 in winnings because your site kept glitching, support told me to get screenshots next time it happened, and when I did they told me they wouldn’t pay me out because “screenshots can be photoshopped”. LOL, as if a multimillion dollar company doesn’t have the software to see if a screenshot is photoshopped or not.

You guys have done nothing but screw me over, and if we’re really being honest Ignition owes ME money. But no, you dragged it out for a month after requesting screenshots that I provided just to tell me you can’t pay me because they could be photoshopped.

The way this website is ran is laughable, and I will not allow you guys to continuously screw me over. You don’t pay me out when I provide the proof you asked for, my information is stolen, my account is immediately deactivated after I file a claim with my bank, you guys “forgive” my account, and now you’re trying to take another $500+ from me when I reality you actually owe me money?

The insanity is intangible you could cut it with a knife. Don’t tell me you’re sorry, don’t tell me this isn’t what you want your customers to experience, and don’t give me excuses because this happens to countless customers and we all know nobody is willing to do the right thing on your end. Forgive my balance, pay me out like you should’ve done a year ago, or leave me alone and don’t threaten to take me to collections over a fake negative balance that magically appeared on my account.

The lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding. Everyone’s getting tired of it. So again, fix it, pay me out, or leave me alone. I’m done with the excuses.

So far the experience with Ignition has been good, also everyone has to remember it is a casino so it's job is not intended to hand out money so regardless of the amount you put into it does not always solely rely on the house to compensate you for that. If you are looking for any sort of perks I would recommend you join their community platforms they offer and have a team that is constantly engaging with players with daily/weekly promotions and giveaways. Other than that they offer good Poker tournaments but I just wanna say the card distribution tends to favor the river while playing poker so don't fully rely on you having the best hand from the beginning of the flop to the end.

It's a very good poker and casino site as long as you know what you're doing. The bonuses are meh, the rewards are meh. But the deposits and withdrawals with matchpay are super easy and the niche community around the site is great too! Highly reccomend joining their discord if you play on this site often!

Ignition should have 5 stars. period. Just a few days ago. I had an amazing run. It started the evening when I logged on to see that Ignition had given me a free birthday bonus. So I went to the slots. Are people basing reviews on if they win or not? Cause after years of being here I have seen nothing to deserve anything less than a 5 star rating.
