Igp.com is a scam. they do not deliver the order, I paid for my order and it shows that it is delivered after 20 days of wait and I have not received my order yet, and now, they are not even responding..it is a scam..worst platform to buy anything

I had given an order of Mother’s Day…

I had given an order of Mother’s Day cake yesterday @7:30 am and slot was given for delivery in between 6am-2 pm
But it was delivered @ 9 pm at night after doing so many follow ups.
It’s really horrible experience.
If there is 0 star I would have given as no body receives call on given number.

Absolutely terrible service from IGP

Absolutely terrible service from IGP. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day with early delivery to avoid issues. The delivery guy never attempted delivery and marked it as "mobile number not reachable."
Customer support refused to update the number (temporarily out of range), wouldn’t call my number, wouldn’t give me the delivery person’s details, and now they’re refusing to refund me even though my mother never received anything.
Complete disappointment and zero accountability. Never ordering from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this service. My order was marked as “delivered,” but it never actually arrived and is completely untraceable despite me checking everywhere.

To make things worse, I tried contacting support multiple times, including via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. There has been zero help or accountability from the company.

At this point, I am still waiting for a refund or any proper resolution, but the lack of communication and support is very concerning. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend relying on this service.

Scammy and Disingenuous Company

This company is a scam and completely disingenuous, with zero accountability for the services they promise. I ordered flowers and a cake for Mother’s Day for my mom in Trivandrum, expecting a reliable service from the US based solely on their website. While the website works smoothly, that’s where the reliability ends.

There is no real delivery tracking, only vague, generic updates. My order was marked as “dispatched” at 6 PM, already late in the day, but arrived at 8:30 PM without the flowers I had ordered. The delivery person claimed the order had “no flowers,” even though the website clearly confirmed two items. There is absolutely no accountability for what is actually delivered.

This is not a minor mistake, this is clearly how the company operates. Beyond a glossy website, it’s just a shell for ripping off customers. Worse, there is no customer support to resolve issues. My mom had to deal directly with a delivery person who had no answers or responsibility.

Horrible service. Avoid this company entirely. I have no idea why Google ranks them so highly, but based on my experience, this is a blatant scam.

Extremely disappointed. Zero star

If there was an option to give 0 star I would have done that. I ordered mug and flowers for Mother’s Day but nothing has been delivered yet. They are not responding on email or whatsapp. This was my first order with them and definitely the last one. Thank God I did not order something expensive. This looks like some fraud company. Please don’t even think of ordering from them as they will spoil the occasion. No timely delivery or response. Extremely disappointed.

I want to give a 0 star if possible for IGP. I ordered roses and cake as Mother’s Day gift for my mom in Chennai. Order # 18264079 . The order was never delivered but I received a email saying order was delivered. I have sent multiple inquiries over WhatsApp and email, the response is order was delivered pick up from ur neighbor or security guard. There is neither a neighbor nor a security guard . So clearly these folks are lying and exploiting customers. There appears to be no one we can reach over phone . This is a very disappointing experience and a clear exploitation. Is there a way to lodge a consumer or police complaint against these folks!

I should have read the review before ordering. The promises are fake. They will make special day stressful. This company needs to shut down and consumer court needs to look into it. The flowers on an occasion of Mother’s Day is so special and they have no update about the delivery. The delivery time keeps increasing. We all need to sue them for this. Extremely poor. Disgusting and shameless service from…

Disgusting and shameless service from IGP. They delayed my order by more than 2.5 hours and still had the audacity to deliver a spoiled cake. Imagine waiting for a celebration order only to receive something stale and ruined. Completely destroyed the occasion.

What makes it worse is this is NOT the first time. Earlier too they messed up my order and sent the wrong cake entirely. Clearly they have zero quality checks, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. It feels like once they get the payment, they simply stop caring.

And their customer service is beyond pathetic — rude, careless, robotic responses, no ownership, no proper resolution, and absolutely no urgency even after repeated complaints. They waste your time with fake apologies and useless excuses instead of fixing the issue.

Honestly one of the worst online gifting experiences ever. Unreliable deliveries, spoiled products, terrible management, and horrible support. Never ordering again from IGP and strongly warning others to stay away unless they want their special occasion ruined too.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with IGP⁠�. I ordered a flower bouquet for Mother’s Day expecting timely delivery for a special occasion, but the order kept getting delayed with no proper updates. The tracking only shows generic messages like “order will be delivered soon,” but there is no real transparency.
What frustrated me the most was the customer support. There is no easy way to connect with an actual customer care agent. Calls and chats only lead to automated responses, which is extremely unhelpful when an order is delayed.
Special occasions lose their value when deliveries are not made on time. If you cannot handle peak-day orders properly, at least provide honest updates and proper support channels. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience.

I really don’t want to rate even a…

I really don’t want to rate even a single star for this. I have ordered an cake for my son birthday. The order was delivered on time. But the quality of cake was worst. They have used lot of food colors and even after washing hands the color remained as it is. Because of this color additives, my son is facing vomiting issue from the next day onwards. So I personally don’t suggest cake from this website.

This people are fraud- SCAMMERS ALERT!

This people are fraud, please protect your hard earned money. They are scammers i placed an order 17 days back and never received any update about it. They kept calling me again and again before i placed an order and things were lying in my cart. They tried to convince me that they are legitimate company. I placed an order for my friend’s anniversary and now its 17 days she never received the gift. They are even not refunding my money back. They gave me fake order numbers too #18093559 and i kept reaching out to customer support which is nothing but some pre written messages that they keeps on forwarding to almost everyone. They will never deliver your order neither will they give your money back. SCAMMERS ALERT!

Messy product: From quality to personlization

Nothing could have been more incorrect. I order photo popup box and it was so pathetic....
1. Quality of the photo it felt like it was marginal better than regular A4 paper, def. not photograph paper
2. Sequence of the photo was all messed up. While uploading they asked for a sequence and while creating it was all jumbled up, it was suppose to say a story but had to rearrange it all.
3. Not all photos where properly attached, one was attached upside down.
4. In their photo it seems so perfectly arranged that it could close well in the box, but alas they cut corner in the ribbon so good luck arranging the photos in such that it could be pulled out from box seamlessly

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality, Repetitive Excuses & No Accountability

I’m writing this review after repeatedly facing unresolved issues with IGP and spending far more time than any customer should.

The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The glass candles were smudged with wax, each candle was a different colour, the hearts inside looked used or semi‑used, and the photo sticker was pasted diagonally and extremely carelessly. The product description mentioned none of this. If these details had been disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order. Claiming this was delivered “as per description” is completely misleading. Quite honestly, the finish was so poor that even an 11‑year‑old could have done a neater and more professional job.

What made this experience worse was the complete lack of ownership from IGP. Communication was chaotic — despite most discussions being via email, I received unnecessary phone calls, followed by random and irrelevant excuses to avoid a proper re‑delivery. Instead of resolving the issue, things were dragged out endlessly.

To top it off, IGP offered a 20% store credit as a “resolution.” This seems to be their standard approach now. This is not the first time IGP has delivered a poor‑quality product and then attempted to pacify the situation by pushing a 20% credit instead of taking responsibility. Credits are not a solution when the core issue is substandard products and quality control failures.

I was initially willing to accept a re‑delivery for an important occasion, on the clear condition that I would receive a full refund if quality issues persisted. Even this was unnecessarily complicated. After multiple bad experiences and wasted time, I have finally requested a full refund.

If you or anyone you know have faced a similar experience with IGP delivering poor‑quality products and pushing store credits instead of accountability, please reply to this post. I will be escalating this matter to the Ombudsman, and repeated customer experiences need to be highlighted.

I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering, especially for important occasions. A gifting company should deliver care, quality, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience delivered none of those.

Zero customer accountability and Unfair…

Zero customer accountability and Unfair refund practices.
I ordered a plant with a specific pot, but received a completely different one. Their reason was that the original wasn’t available—but they never informed me before sending a replacement.
Most importantly, if YOU send the wrong product, you MUST have a proper return/refund policy. This is basic and non-negotiable.
They refused to refund to my bank and only offered wallet credits.
Later, when the same issue happened again, I paid partly using wallet and partly from my account. After refund, they only returned the amount I paid from my account and kept the remaining amount in their wallet.
If you can refund to a bank account, you should refund the full amount—not force customers to keep money in your wallet.
Compared to Amazon and Flipkart, this is very poor and unfair.
Overall, disappointing experience.
