I have been a loyal customer of iHerb, but this experience has made me hesitant to ever order from them again. In December, I placed an order totaling $189.80, but I never received it. I contacted customer service as soon as I realized my package was missing, expecting they would either replace the order or issue a refund. Instead, they refused to take responsibility and I was left without my products or my money.

I paid iHerb for my order with the expectation that it would be delivered to me. When a package goes missing, the customer should not be the one left to absorb the loss. Despite providing the necessary information and trying to resolve the issue, I received no meaningful assistance. Months have passed, and I am still out $189.80.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of iHerb. If something goes wrong with your delivery, don't expect the company to stand behind your purchase. Losing nearly $190 with no refund or replacement has made me very hesitant to ever shop with them again.

The items were shipped the same day I placed the order. I received them in Europe four days later. They were delivered faster than the wind — perfect, absolutely perfect. 🥰🐐🥰

They kept cancelling my order and after 2 days of waiting to hear from a real person is was because I bought too many supplements and they accused me of not purchasing for personal use. I am unwell and need a lot of supplements to work on my health and have never purchased for anything more than individual use. Terrible way to treat a customer!!

Ugh, I spent a huge chunk of change ordering from this company. The delivery service they provided is incompentent as the driver falsified that they attempted to deliver twice. I was home and no delivery was ever attempted. The product was 'returned'. I asked for a refund as I do not want a third attempt at delivery as the products will be sitting in a hot truck for 4 days and spoiled. I was not able to speak to a live person only a bot. The bot kept going in circles and not responding to my request to speak to a live person and then indicated someone would reach out in 4 hours. 2 days later I received a response that 'someone' would reach out via email on my refund request in 48 hours. That's ridiculous. I want my refund now so I can purchase my needed supplies right away.

They do not have a ridiculously high total to reach before free shipping is available, and they offer a variety of discounts throughout the year. You will not be disappointed, and it s why I have been a customer for at least a dozen years.

I Herb is a quality company. Not only do they have quality food items but also quality staff. When my order was sent to the wrong address out of state, which was my mistake, they quickly responded, assisted in correcting the problem and offered to reorder what I needed sent to my current address. They were professional and made me feel valued.
