I bought RGB DRL modules for my BMW M340i LCI from iilumo and got them installed by a reputable automotive shop, and it worked initially.

About a month later the car started showing lighting system/headlight errors on startup and it disabled auto high beams.

iilumo agreed the module is likely faulty and offered a replacement part, but refused to cover any labour to remove/reinstall the replacement. In my opinion, this is against Australian Consumer Law, as the need for the reinstall came about due to the failing module sold by iilumo and marketed as being error free and requiring no coding.

I purchased their RGB LED Module. I paid for express shipping to the USA. The item took 1 week to arrive. I had the item professionally installed. Once installed, it was discovered that one of the lights didn't work properly. Instead of sending me another kit, they made me do a bunch of tests, and send them videos and pics, and I still haven't received a replacement. Very Poor customer service, and not accommodating. Their approach seems to be to wear you down by requiring many tests, until you give up on getting a replacement item. This company charges top dollar for their products, and delivers a subpar product, with no instructions, and they don't care about the aggregation or inconvenience they cause; not to mention the loss of time and money when dealing with them. I am sorry that I bought this faulty product. Buyer beware.

After a month-long wait for international shipping, I realized I had fallen into a trap. I purchased a star headliner kit only to discover I had paid double for a blatant dropshipped item—a generic Chinese product with a logo engraved on it to feign authenticity.
The build quality is low and feels cheap to the touch. The kit also arrives nearly unusable. It includes no proper wiring, only a tiny, poor-quality 12v wire. For a proper installation, the company itself recommends buying a separate hardwire kit, adding a significant extra cost to an already overpriced item.
The final insult is the impracticality of making a return. I have already paid non-refundable customs fees. On top of the original shipping costs, I would also have to pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket.
My final recommendation: if you are an international buyer, find a better, more local alternative. The inflated price, combined with shipping fees, non-refundable customs charges, and a difficult return policy, makes this a terrible deal for anyone ordering from overseas.

The service was amazing and the finished product was a perfect fit and was very easy for the auto electrician to install. It has transformed my 2014 Subaru Forester and has brought it bang up to date!

Awesome product and great customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect led and iilumo let me exchange them for correct version. I updated all my mx5 lights to led. Night and day difference, no pun intended.

Avoid these guys, just reshippers of alibaba parts for x4-5 the price. Buy direct, get proper instructions and warranty.

We have to stop bussiness doing this to customers. The greed is unbelievable.

Bought my RGBW modules from them. They only knew half the install information. An the key points missed. Reached out to their suppler on alibaba, seen they cost $140 not $450 and got all the install information needed. Bought a spare set from them to thank for the information.

That much mark up is INSANE.

Got a few led upgrades for my car. The ones that fit work great. A couple items weren't compatible with my car, however got a refund with no hassles. Great customer service, trying to work through the compatibility issue.

Ordered the F21 RGB DRL modules, Expensive purchase and can not get them to work at all! Contacted customer service which don't seem to have a clue! They do not have a wiring diagram or any idea of how to wire them up instead just give me very vague answers to the questions I was asking.

Would not recommend at all!

The shipping and everything was fine, but my mom reporting poor results. After spraying all the carpets (so x4) about 8 times and closing car up for the night it barely smells on the first drive, and doesnt smell at all on the second. It wasnt even a few days and there is already no smell. And if I do it over and over again that 0.5l will end very fast so its overpriced then.
