Still waiting order 3weeks later

We ordered two necklaces from ikandi.co.uk but they never arrived. We emailed to enquire but got no response. We have also triedto call and send a message via Facebook but still no response. Feel totally cheated and swindled. The website now doesn't work. What's going on?!

we sent email 2hours after customer placed order stating about delivery delay in the specific necklaces. We had no response, phone calls or voicemails, only a message on our facebook page in which we responded to within 2 hours and issued a refund straight away. We have never had problems with other customers and have over 13,000 happy customers.
