I was one of the many who were ripped off via the Kickstarter campaign (later transferred to Indie Go-Go). I funded at the level to receive a litterbox and upped it several times as they offered sweeteners -- additional accessories, filters, bags, etc. for increasing the backing level. None of this ever came to fruition. The website is STILL active, shows a recent copyright date, and appears to represent a business that is fully operational, yet thousands of backers never received anything. Last we'd heard back during COVID was that they were just waiting for some chips which were in short supply at the time due to the supply chain disruption. No further word from them, no backer rewards, nothing. They stopped responding to email. I wouldn't buy a thing from them, if they are purporting to sell anything. Tried contacting them a couple of months ago and heard nothing, so I would consider that my most recent experience to document.

There are no litter boxes. IKuddle took original backer's money from Kickstarter funding years ago. People like me never received the boxes. I was ripped off for $300. Now I discover the company are still out there "selling" litter boxes.

I don't know why the date thing on this website won't go past 2022. This was back in 2019.

Definite scam. Like others here I backed the project on Kickstarter and never received the product or a response when I messaged them directly. The people behind iKuddle should be ashamed of themselves.

Backed the iKuddle project on Kickstarter in May 2019. Together with hundreds, if not thousands of other people. The project raised millions, but no one has ever received the product (automatic litter box / litter robot). iKuddle is A BIG F-ING SCAM! Don't fall for it!

DO NOT BUY THIS! its a total scam, just out to get your money and spend very little, all smoke and mirrors! AVOID. I was fortunate to do a credit card claim for this and got my money back.

Total Scam. I can’t give this a zero rating because I am forced to put in 1 star. Backed this project on Kickstarter back in August 2019; took my money; once for product and twice for a future litter bag purchase. Never got a product; asked for a refund and never got that either. Reported to CA scam and put it on BBB to warn people not to buy this product. Lost $328 and lost time to try to get this money back.

Total SCAM, nothing received and embezzling from all backers

Do not shop at this company. Preorders were made off Kickstarter and they failed to deliver the product to their customers and they won’t give a refund.
If you request a refund they say it’s been sent to the finance team. This refund issue has been going on since September 2020.

This company is a scam. I was a kickstarter backer. Have not received the product. I have asked for a refund 1000 times. No refund. Save your money and energy and don't buy from this company.

Definitely a scam. Have waited over a year and a half since backing on Kickstarter, no product and they refuse refunds despite no one on Kickstarter getting the product yet. I asked for refund three times, only the first one they replied where they said, and I'm not not kidding, "It is complicated for us to issue a refund now." then tried to blame Kickstarter when Kickstarter says right on their page that companies can issue refunds at any time. They have ghosted their backers since October where they promised transparency, their social media is abandoned since August 2020. There is no way to contact anyone through their website and there is no phone number listed anywhere. The address that is listed deeply in the internet is "2119 sastre ave,south el monte,ca,united states of america,91733" which is a vacant lot. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Ikuddle had pushed back delivery dates over & over again. They promised to update customers on a monthly basis. A month before were supposed to receive the product they’re telling us how their redesigning the box it comes in. Month later still no product! They inform us how they’re fixing the app a month later still no product! They did all these wonderful stuff and yet customers don’t have the product! When asking them a question on indigogo their response made absolutely no sense. So instead of updating the customers they’re selling their Ikuddle on facebook.com. Yet telling the customers who had reserved it for the past year that it’s on their way! Yet no product. And apparently Ikuddle has gone silent for over a month now! So we all lost our monies!

Crap company! Horrible customer service! Never reply.

Don't, just don't, you'll regret it.
Invested in the Kickstarter a year and a half ago and got nothing for my hundreds of dollars. Emailed many times demanding a refund, they'd day they'd refund and never do, been waiting for the refund 6 months and nothing. Absolute scam artists.

Absolutely terrible product and infuriating customer service! Please save yourself headache of dealing with this scam of a company

Just have a look at their Kickstarter page. No deliveries and nobody has yet managed to get a refund.

Even the few that have had delivery have stated the product breaks straight away.
