We ordered 3 prints from Illustrations & Prints. Nothing arrived. Tried contacting the seller via email, through the website and FaceBook, no response. Sent a tracked Royal Mail letter asking what was happening, order suddenly shown as dispatched, no tracking, but still nothing arrived. Finally contacted PayPal asking for a full refund, which has been granted. Not sure what the issue is but I would not recommend buying from this seller.
We have ordered a print for a friend who is moving away as a going away gift. The order was placed several weeks ago and still not delivered. The worst is that the company does not give updates, does not reply to our requests for updates, so we are completely in the dark. Very poor customer service.
