Wasted nearly four weeks with that company, won't use again.
What happened:
I ordered four different LED bulbs on 1/1/2014. On 9/1 I emailed to ask for a delivery estimate and received no reply. On 19/1 I emailed them again and told them to either deliver the order by the end of the week or refund in full, or otherwise receive a formal small claims court warning letter. I then received a phonecall from them explaining that one of the bulbs was not in stock and Osram was late in delivering them, but that it might arrive at theirs a few days later. We agreed that if the bulb arrived by then they should send me my order and otherwise call me. They neither sent the order nor called me and I eventually cancelled the order on 26/1 via email. The money was refunded one day later.
My opinion:
They should display stock levels on the website which they do not, and even items out of stock can be ordered. The problematic bulb was still available on the website when I cancelled the order. Customer service is mixed - while the phone call was friendly, communication was otherwise insufficient and I ended up wasting nearly four weeks! I won't use them again.
