Order from ilovefancydress whenever we have an occasion and always receive the best service. Prices are fair and we live locally so use click and collect. For the King’s Coronation, I ordered online and my husband picked up. When he got there they said that it would have been cheaper to come in rather than order online so allowed my husband to take some extra items to make up the difference!! Amazing service. Always great prices and good stock, I recommend these to everyone!

I had to get a union jack dress for one of my daughters for school. Ordered it one day and it was delivered the next. Customer service prior to ordering was incredible, so nice to talk to a real person who actually works for the company.

The response to an error with my order, was rectified immediately by a very pleasant lady (Melanie) at CustomerCare.
I required this item within the next 48hrs as I am going away to meet friends and celebrate the Coronation.
I have within minutes received confirmation my parcel has been dispatched.

What a great company. Used it several years ago when there was a shop you could walk round. Didn't realise it was click and collect only, but as it was quiet and we knew what we wanted, we were able to get what we wanted.

Not many shops nowadays have such a good customer facing service. Will definitley use them again.

I live locally to the shop/warehouse. They have a counter for collections placed via their website and obviously they post orders out. I went to the counter and was served by a lady called Melanie. What a superstar. I explained my 9 year old had World Book Day but being a big lad (at 9 years old!) most kids costumes wouldn't fit. I explained he wanted to go as The Highway Rat. This lady knows her stock! In moments she organised a Tunic/Cape/Sword/Dick Turpin Hat and Mask to be picked at the warehouse side. I paid by card no fuss and was out in 15mins! Melanie apologised for the delay but said next time pre-order to collect on the web so I wouldn't be kept waiting. Can't praise her and the company enough. If you need a costume these are the people you need as they have such a vast range at a reasonable price.
