Had to wait two full days at home for…

Had to wait two full days at home for the driver to pick up the package. First email told me to wait on a certain day and nobody showed up between 9am and 5pm. I then had to reach out to them (no proactive from them message, apologizing for not picking up the package, nope), to ask what is going on an was then told that the pickup of the package would happen the following day. The package was picked up on the following day but still outside of the timeline that was shared with me the day before. Likely to choose another delivery company next time.

I understand how frustrating it is to wait at home for a pickup that doesn’t happen as announced. In this case, the pickup was carried out by the transport service provider, and unfortunately the execution and communication did not run as planned.

Especially during peak periods like the Christmas season, capacities and schedules at the carrier level can change at short notice, which we as a shipping intermediary can only influence to a limited extent. That said, the lack of proactive information is of course disappointing.

DONT BOOK WITH THEM

DONT BOOK WITH THEM! This is a terrible service. They are not organised yet, it’s total chaos. No one had an idea about my parcel, although I paid. No Driver was informed to pick up my parcel. Then DPD came and right after GLS ?! Totally unorganised. Now my parcel is sitting somewhere in a logistic hall of DPD no one knows about... Disaster

Charging 20€ for no service

They're charging me almost 20€ for an empty drive of the truck even if: the address was correct, there was no contact from the driver and I've been at home the whole day. This behavior isn't correct and shouldn't be legal.

Comlicated cargo, excellent support

I had a very bulky and heavy shipment that was hard to move into and out of the truck, which was quite a hassle with the carrier at pick-up. The staff at Iloxx was always fast and reliable (and very friendly, too) in communications. As an individual, not a corporation, I really needed some extra support throughout the process.

The service was with an overall excellent price-performance ration. Excellent, too, was the carrier Geis logistics, who contacted me via phone, so they could re-arrange the cargo on the paletts to allow for a safe unloading.

Great Support

There were some issues with the pickup of the package by the mail order company. Illoxx did reply my questions instandly and did show great customer support. anytime again - thanks.

Sham of a company

It's been 2 weeks(!) since the item was picked up.

No sign of delivery and no update on the tracking page. Their iloxx IT seems defunct and still saying "Versanddaten uebermittelt".

Reaching out to iloxx by email was inconclusive either: they don't know where exactly the package is and reply with some rather vague "in transit" answer.

UPD: The iloxx's answer below is quite pathetic: "please send me your order number" and "Unfortunately, I have not yet received any feedback from you" - all in the same message. Looks like a copy-paste of two separate steps from the support script.

Also, I already contacted them 2 days ago with very little luck. All I got back was: "As soon as we have new information from our shipping partner, we will inform you immediately", which, I guess, translates as: "we have no idea".

I recommend this shipping company

I recommend this shipping company. My sister sent me a package from Germany to Netherlands. The package was picked up in the next day after ordering and it arrived unbelievable fast.
The price was good comparing to other shipping companies.

4 days waiting for pick up. I lost the contract and the money thanks Iloxx

three days waiting for the pick up, from 9 am until 5 pm. Solution, wait another day. Client got mad, and cancelled the transaction. I lost money and time!!! This is insane, unprofessional. Wheels and rims are mostly the time stored at garage, not at home or at the office, where you wait working until the driver appears. Today you can track in a normal iphone every airplane, an every ship, but they cannot track a truck in a city, to gave the client a relative comfortable time window.

It is not with my name it is with my company's name. Check your mails, non functioning insurance processes and then you can reach me...

Dozens of packages come back completely broken / sometimes lost and 6 months of insurance process without any answer, my contract has ended with you but i got still no answer.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. They want people to wait at home from 9am to 5pm for two days for the pickup. Then they just don't come and they tell you that you should wait for them two more days from 9 to 5 and then they don't come again. I've been waiting for the pickup for a week, I called them many times but it doesn't change anything.
