Thw experience that I received with Ilse Jacobsen was great. Daniel showed personable Customer Serice which can be rare in today's robotic world.

I have purchased 7 pairs of tulip shoes, the first pair stretched out too much so I gave to a friend.
The next 4 pairs were perfection! Purchased 2020 and before. Love love love. I convinced many people to get them!

Then I got a repeat of the yellow because I loved them so much, and another beige, (the give away pair).
The last 2 pairs have fallen apart in no time- they are trashed more than the 4-6 year old pairs! One pair, one shoe is perfect and the other shredded.

The supply chain has obviously changed and they deny this.

No recourse with the company and they send emails with 🙂 emoji instead of useful information.
Go back to the store, is all they offered.

A quick reply to a query I had about their distribution to the UK with shops of where I could buy a pair of shoes from. Received the shoes the next day. Brilliant service!

I bought a pair of their tulip shoes from an independent shop. After 3 days wear the insole was disintegrating. I contacted the company direct via Facebook messenger, sending pictures and asking if new insoles were available. Told they were not and had never seen this problem before. Took the shoes back to the shop, who also contacted the company directly. She kept me in contact via their emails to her. One of their sales team, initials CP, made disparaging remarks about my complaints -finding them “hard to believe”. They did not accept the fault, but they do send very polite, fogging emails. I have given them 1star, because I did get my money back. I would have been happy with an acknowledgement of the problems and a replacement pair of insoles! A very unhelpful company and terrible customer service.

The ease with which I could contact customer service, the speed at which they responded very impressive and how professionally they resolved my query. Love the products as well!

An exemplary experience. Mine was a minor problem - I had lost the leather strap that attaches the hood to my raincoat and I asked to purchase a new one. I received an immediate response offering free replacement which I had not expected or asked for. The most efficient and the most courteous and pleasant company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Love these shoes. They are well made and different, yet very comfortable. I appreciate the eco friendly materials. My only suggestion is that they include some arch support in the shoes.
I contacted customer support about this and they got back with me immediately! It was a pleasure to feel that a vendor actually read and listened to me. Thank you for great service!

they did a great job communicaitng with me. I didn't realize until I was checking out the don't ship to the USA but they were able to help me find some other retailers who carry their product so I could find what I needed.

I have bought and used Ilse Jacobsen raincoats already for 12 years. My first experience (including coat) lasts still :). Now we have ordered raincoats often for our marketing purposes (adding organization's logo) and for our social workers team, who are moving daily outdoors and need to be on guard with any weather condition. Quality, great style and comortable models are really appreaciated by our team!

I have been wearing Ilse Jacobsen's Tulip Shoes for several years now. Not only are they stylish, but very comfortable. I love the rainbow of colors that they have & have 4 different pairs! Recently, I was looking for a particular size, in a particular color, which the website said was sold out. I contacted them on line & they were able to get me the color & size that I wanted! Amazing Customer Service!

I ordered a few pairs of shoes they were delivered really fast. Unfortunately one of the styles were just a little too big the other styles were perfect I Love them!
I got in contact re the the larger style and the customer service was fantastic I got a reply almost immediately and it was all sorted. Very Happy to deal with this Company as their footwear is Fabulous.

Isle Jacobsen Tulip shoes are wonderful for summer days. Every colour under the sun, supremely comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic customer service ,I lost a strap that attaches the hood to my coat .Within 24 hours one was sent from Denmark to the UK . I am so very impressed with everything about this company, I have several of their fantastic raincoats and would highly recommend to anyone.They are super stylish and hard wearing Absolutely brilliant.

I always bought Ilse Jacobsen clothes retail until recently when I could not find the rain jacket I was looking for in the colour I needed for work. I went online and, unfortunately, they were sold out of my size. I emailed customer service to ask if by any chance they had any Xmas returns in my size. I was answered promptly and advised to check back in two weeks when stock lists would be updated. I was disappointed and thought it would be unlikely I’d get it, but I did go back to the site in two weeks and not only was my size there, it was on sale!
I am very happy with the jacket - it is top quality - and the customer service is just as top notch. Highly recommend.
