We've had some challenges with sellers during the process however IMAB have been wonderful in securing us a mortgage every time. We’ve used IMAB a few times now and they are our go-to choice and recommendation.

We’ve mostly dealt with Karen, but have everyone we speak to be extremely helpful, often taking the time to go over details which could easily be missed, as well as making sure we got the best deal
possible for our situation.

Karen at IMAB is honestly one of the most helpful, consistent and hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was always on the ball, answered all our questions and always kept us up to date throughout the whole moving and mortgage process. And the rest of the admin team were just top tier for providing answers and keeping us informed with news from mortgage lender.

Without IMAB being our mortgage broker I don't think we could of got through the whole process.

Would highly recommend IMAB and the Team, all of them are very kind and always on hand to help!
