From the very first conversation through to the final handover, the team took care of absolutely everything — initial planning, design concepts, detailed drawings, procurement of materials, project management, and even navigating a very challenging builder on my behalf.

Their professionalism, patience, and eye for detail were exceptional. The joinery installed by their in‑house team is of outstanding quality, and the level of customer service throughout the entire process has been impeccable. I genuinely felt supported at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Thanks to them, I am now living in my dream home. I cannot recommend them highly enough — if you want a beautiful design delivered smoothly and to the highest standard, this is the team to trust.

We spend most of our time in the kitchen and so it was extremely important for us to have something that not only looks good, but is also practical. It’s difficult to express how happy I am, with every aspect of the service I received from Imaggio Interiors. It started with Hylie’s impeccable and innovative kitchen design. It’s a real pleasure to be in the hands of such an expert in her field, who understands every spatial and technical nuance; and interpreted the brief in a way I never could. The design was exquisite, it delivered everything I wanted both functionally and aesthetically. The kitchen itself was of superb quality, and Artur, who was responsible for the overall implementation and delivery, is a master craftsman. His attention to detail is so high, the overall finish was impeccable. Just a word also, for Arleta in the showroom, who looked after my every need, and is an absolute superstar. We worked with Imaggio Interiors for our new kitchen in our refurbishment project. Hylie and her team did a great job. Everything used is high quality. Throughout the design and installation, they were always helpful and available to handle the small issues. Overall, we are super happy to have worked with Imaggio. We recommend it to anyone looking to renew their kitchen.

What can I say - a great experience from start to finish. Hylie was so responsive during the design process and really listened to us while suggesting some great ideas / solutions. We were then amazed that the fitting would start within 2 months of us agreeing the design. Artur did a phenomenal job of the fitting including the painful tiling thanks to the awkward design we chose. His attention to detail and Hylie's is second to none. And the whole thing was completed 4 days earlier than the 4 week estimate we were given. I had gone into the process of a new kitchen expecting it to be difficult and take longer and cost more than anticipated and the complete opposite was true. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Hylie and the team, you’ve given us a dream kitchen.

The team at Imaggio redesigned our bathroom, loved the end design. Laura was very helpful and patient. Mondi and his team were absolutely fantastic, clean & tidy and did a brilliant job. Very happy with the whole experience

I visited Imaggio back in September 2021 and was greeted by Hylie. We vibed immediately and we talked through the design ideas I had for my kitchen. She was genuinely really excited and wanted to work with me. There were no "no's"... anything I suggested she agreed to or advised of alternative ways to make the design work (this differed greatly from another interior designer I'd visited who was obstructive and unhelpful).

I had a budget that I wanted to work with and again, Hylie gave me different options and made it work commercially. I got absolutely everything on my wish list and within budget.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and the whole team were super responsive. The quality of work by Mondi was excellent and any snagging was dealt with without question.

I would highly recommend Imaggio to anyone!

Excellent design with a full range of options and it was no trouble making numerous alterations until we felt we had the best arrangement of units and equipment to meet our needs. The installation process was a little disrupted largely because of delays due to the Covid crisis and was not the fault of the Chiswick team.

We were fortunate enough to run into Imaggio Interiors by chance when we were looking to renovate our new kitchen extension. We had been to several other well known kitchen companies but found them very unresponsive or helpful. With Hylie we clicked immediately and her knowledge and high energy were contagious and extremely effective. Our kitchen is now coming to its 10-year anniversary, but it still looks great, has never given us any problems and seems like it will last, beautiful as ever, for another 10 years. Many thanks Hylie and Imaggio Interiors for your excellent work!

Superb after sales service - continue to be impressed by their customer care

I requested Imaggio to see what improvements they could introduce into a very small shower room in my flat. Hylie produced an attractive design in which a new plasterboard wall would be constructed into largish double bedroom with a folding door set at an angle to the room. Inside the shower room new appliances were installed to fit the space and the whole project has been a great success. I now have a ensuite shower room to be proud of and a bedroom where surplus space has been used in a more productive manner
Of great importance is the choice of highly skilled workmen that Imaggio uses who are totally dedicated to the task on hand. That in itself is a tribute to Imaggio as a poor choice could harm the reputation of the firm.
This is the second shower room project I have given to Imaggio. The success of the first one has led to the awarding of the above more challenging job.

Thanks to the creative Hylie, Artur and the Immagio team for a great job designing & building a fabulous kitchen which has added such style and value to our kitchen diner and upgrading the electrics and laying a fantastic Hallway & Kitchen Tiled flooring.

Hylie and her team delivered a personal tailored service, from when we first inquired in the show room to finishing off the last bits ‘n bobs at the end. They troubleshooted and found solutions to our previously tricky kitchen layout. The end result works magnificently in the space. As expected, there were some snags, however each time Hylie and her excellent builder Artur resolved them seamlessly. There were no extra charges to solve these issues either. They simultaneously refined our bathroom, side-stepping the full expense but making a real transformation. We will use Imaggio again for sure.

Since the moment I contacted Imaggio Interiors in Chiswick I had a sense of professionalism. Hylie and her team understood our needs perfectly. Our new organizer kitchen unit is outstanding like a cover of a Decor Magazine!!! I am so please and I strongly recommend their services. Happy to share pictures of the final result 😀

Brilliant kitchen design and service
Was really impressed by Hyllie and her team at Imaggio. She came up with a fantastic design for our new kitchen and was able to rapidly source various gadgets/items which I had seen in other kitchens. Her extensive experience and knowledge was invaluable as to advising me exactly what would work in all aspects. Am thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Imaggio Interiors.

We highly recommend Imaggio. They helped us design and install our beautiful kitchen 10 years ago (we still love it!). They have been there for us when we've needed them after the installation (e.g. Refitting the door with a new boiler, changing the LED lights, fixing a hinge on one of the doors, reconfiguring the cabinets). After care service is outstanding !

Very efficient and friendly team. They really looked after us and helped create our dream bedroom and ensuite bathroom. From the design process, project management to completion and after-care services, they exceeded our expectations and went over and beyond for our new home. They are literally the best priced home renovation company on the market and helped us make further savings with their professional recommendations on bathroom items, especially our tiles.
Their fitters did an amazing job, clear communication throughout, always on time, minimum disruptions and always cleaned up before they left everyday.
We would definitely recommend Imaggio Interiors, and have done so already, as they are now renovating my mother's kitchen in the next few weeks!
