4/5 Stars: because when my gloves arrived, they had the wrong name printed on them. They also had a bit of dirt on the inside of one of the gloves. But the customer service has been absolutely brilliant!

Update: have received but are too large. We double checked to make sure we measured and ordered the correct size, and we had. These run larger than website measurements.

Ordered these back in November for a Christmas gift. It is now March and I still have not received them! But I have gotten multiple emails to review my purchase. Needless to say my review is poor and would not recommend.

The proof of the design couldn’t have been easier. You submit your desired design and the IMB team responds back within a few days with your possible final result. They were really open to listening to suggestions/offering suggestions if things didn’t look just right.
The process was made even smoother by downloading the template and making a mock of the design in photoshop/GIMP.
Website is pretty straight forward on how to choose colors and upload images for logos and such.
My only regret is not ordering one size smaller. I was in between sizes and chose to go up a size just to be safe. This is a ordering error on my (the customer) behalf. Don’t get me wrong, shoes fit, just could probably be a little more snug for my personal liking.
The colors and logos turned out amazing, and after a few short driving sessions the leather is starting to not be as stiff, which is great!

From initial order to delivery everything was flawless, excellent customer services. Great quality product. Gloves feel a little bit tight at first but material stretch just a little and now it's perfect.

Relatively small upcharge for partial or full customization. Quality of everything is great: good stitching, quality material, vibrant colors.

There was a small error with my order and once the pictures were sent to verify this mistake. they immediately set out to rectify the matter.

Even before this, I was impressed that they took the time to ship to me on the other side of the pond.

A Great company. Staff very helpful and very friendly will help you with whatever you need in design or a change in a design of your racewear and even tho it took 6weeks it was worth it. in both orders myself and my friends who I have ordered for have not been disappointed at all ! Great product for sim racing and even racing for real thank you so much IMB.

I left ordering these gloves till pretty late and was told that every effort would be made to get them to me for Christmas. They only went and did it! The service was amazing and they were very quick to reply to my messages. They were also very helpful as it was an order for my husband and I didn’t really know what I was doing. Would completely recommend them.

Great selection of items, great communication from start to finish and a really really brilliant product at the end. 👏
