The AI Bots at iMile work the meatsacks so hard that they don't have enough time in the day to make all the deliveries.
As a result, the meatsacks lie about nobody being home or the address was undeliverable. That's because the meatsack is probably 5 suburbs away from the delivery address and wouldn't even get there by 9pm...

My parcel has "been out for delivery" for over 2 days and when you contact them by EMAIL they advise you "its out for delivery". Well HELLO !!! I knew that. This is the second time I have had issues with there deliveries so if you need a courier - DO NOT USE IMILE

nOTHING WOULD BE SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH WHEN YOU ARE TOLD THE PACKAGE WAS ONLOADED AT APPROX 1100HRS AND IT WILL TAKE 1-3 DAYS TO DELIVER . THIS ALLOWS THE COURIER TIME TO CHECK THE CONTENTS FOR VALUE ITEMS I BELIEVE IN COURIERS WHO DELIVER ONTHE DAY AND NOT TAKE A TOUR THROUGH THE MIDDLE EAST.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. FAiled multiple deliveries, I was never contacted in the process, the driver never showed up at my door and I couldn't even make them contact me. Tried even changing the delivery location to the post office or somewhere they should have no trouble delievered but did not work as well. The customer support is pretty much non-existent. It even says on their website that after 5 failed delieveries the package would be waiting at the warehouse. I was ready to drive over an hour to get it, but it was returned immediatly after the 5th failed delivery. I tried everything and it did not work. Lost a lot of money, absolute scammers. Shame.

Imile worst delivery company in the world

When you think of good delivery company’s you think of companies with high company standards that goes beyond their own standards.. but when you think of a delivery company with the lowest standards throughout the company there is only one name that comes to mind and that’s Imile.

This company’s reputation is below the minimum standards for a delivery company service.. so if your a business owner to a customer receiving or selling anything and you want your product to reach the customer then do NOT USE Imile..

Their drivers will drop your package off to the wrong property and then send you a photo copy to you on WhatsApp of where they placed it at the property (still on the wrong property)..

No notification text message or email notifying customers of when they are coming with your prackage..

No reply on WhatsApp from the driver
No text reply from the driver

The company’s phone number is disconnected and goes straight to voicemail..

If you are running a drop shipping service or any business that uses delivery services please 🙏 I beg you to look elsewhere than you spending a lot of money to have this company Imile make your business not look good

Imile scored a huge contract with Temu to deliver packages and this company has no high standards whatsoever you will be losing money by using this company..

Driver Not Delivering

Waited for a whole as day for my parcel. Even took the day off work as I needed this by the Friday morning of that week.
Wednesday it was set out for delivery and I wanted the whole day.
No contact was made so then I left to training.
After training I see that the parcel was marked as undeliverable at 11am in the morning due to an incorrect address. However I was home till 5pm, but no one buzzed or called me.

Then to make things worse I call them first thing Thursday (today) but got directed to their chat for faster reply. And the guy names Clarence did not help me at all. I tried to tell him that the address is correct and nothing has been rectified. But he still said nothing could be done and will be out for delivery the next day. I then proceeded to try and escalate this situation but a manager was unavailable, how convenient. I ask for the office number or managers number however they could not provide any of these.

I then thought I could pick it up and fix their mistake myself. But after asking for their office location, I was told the parcel will take two days to process then I could pick it up ..

I'm absolutely going to contact the Parcel Ombudsman and also the NSW Fair Trading.

I ordered a package off shein

I ordered a package off shein. I have got this delivery service multiple times and every single time it takes way longer than it should be. It also does not update very well at all. Every time I check my package it’s in the same spot and then randomly updates to somewhere completely different. I have tried calling, I have been hung up on every time. I have messaged and they either don’t answer or just make up a completely different answer. I’ve emailed and it’s the same thing “your package is on its way” I did not ask that I asked who I can speak to about why my package is in the middle of no where a day before delivery date. This company should be shut down it is just beyond disgraceful

if i could give this company a zero i would, impossible to get in contact with, employees dont have a clue, false emails sent everyday advising package out for delivery but never arrive, finally get contacted by a phone call, told the package was out for delivery and too wait home and AGAIN no delivery, no option to arrange pickups either

Atrocious

Atrocious, 3 times "attempted delivery" but they didnt, our place is open 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, and is the size of half a city block, how the hell can they screw it up that many times and then leave the package at the depot, then trying to get ahold of them is a needlessly hard process in itself, absolutely shockingly bad

the driver by name bwambaale akiram told me he could not deliver to me and did not give me reason, and sent it back to ware house. then next thing I see the tracking stating failed delivery attempt due to no response from client, It was a weekend I was home all the days my phone did not ring nor did I get a text, now they wan to send my parcel back to china. worst part is their customer service number is answered by bots and you can't get in touch with a human to explain anything... I wonder why sheen keeps using this useless excuse of a logistics company

worst delivery company ever and disgusting who ever delivers parcels for this company around the mangere area he is disgusting came to deliver my parcel passenger got out and delivered the parcel then the driver decided it would be okay to urinate on our fench we confronted him and he quicky took off and what is more digusting is he not only did it once he did it 2 more times and also to my neighbours we tried to contact the companies main office but no response worst carrier company ever

I would not recommend iMile to anyone.

It is very difficult to make contact with this company. There are bots for most queries so it's hard to get a quick response to a simple question. Delivery information is vague - there is no indication of a predicted delivery date or time. The tracking page says the parcel is out for delivery but this means nothing. I've waited more than 24 hours for a parcel that was apparently in Melbourne's SouthEast Centre. I do not live 24 hours away from Melbourne's SouthEast. I live in it! There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone - in fact if a website indicates that a product will be delivered by iMile I won't order it.
