This is a real life story. I had been struggling with my immigration status since 2014. I went numbers of lawyer’s firms but nothing fruitful were happening, moreover my case was becoming more complicated. I also was a TOEIC victim. Eventually, I google for the best lawyer’s firm & Richmond chambers came up on top of the list. I was impressed with all the positive review. I become convinced with them from the very first meeting and was really impressed with the high class professionalism and service. My case was one of the complicated one. They really help me to see the light at end of the tunnel. I was granted on the 10 years route. Recently, I applied to switch to 5 years route. Again I have received high class professional service. The Home office made an error on regard the expiry date on my BRP. My barristers become very generous and chase the home office & follow up the case until it was resolved. I’m writing to highly recommend Dr. Catherine Taroni, a barrister at Richmond Chambers LLP in London, who helped me obtain a Global Talent Visa for the UK much faster than I expected. This is the first time I’ve written a public review for any company or person, but the service I received from her was so fantastic, I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that it could be of help to others.

I reached out via email to Catherine a few months ago for advice on options to apply for a visa to emigrate to the UK from the US. We set up a time to talk the next day and went through all of my options in detail. She then followed up shortly with multiple pages of detailed notes, helping explain the short and long-term advantages of each option, the different services she could offer, and the different costs for her services and different visa options.

I found Catherine to be very professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and I’m very happy I hired her to prepare and submit my application. I believe her experience not only helped me secure a positive decision, but saved me a lot of money and time. Applying for a visa can be a very confusing and stressful process, but Catherine always made me feel at ease and confident with how to move forward. Looking through our correspondence, we traded dozens of emails which were always returned very promptly, usually within a few hours. We also had several phone and video calls, which helped the process feel even more personal.

I ended up receiving my visa much faster than I expected. The first stage of my application with endorsement from the Arts Council of England could have taken up to 2 months to review, but I received a positive decision in 12 days. The second and final part of my application could have taken several weeks, but I received a positive decision in about half that time.

Highly knowledgeable, responsible and effective, Miss Zoe Bantleman and Stefania Patuto switched my Visitor visa to Tier 4 (General) Student visa applied within the UK under the coronavirus policy. It has been over a year since I got my tier 4 visa to pursue my masters. I had so many complications with the visa I was applying due to a visa refusal for alleged breach of conditions and a year ban. 2 years ago, I was in a very difficult situation having to divorce my husband. I depended on him for my spouse visa and still was 1.5 years until I could apply for ILR. As my passport was a Citizen of Ukraine one, I had no hope to continue my life in UK. After calling 12 different Immigration Barristers and Lawyers, starting from the most expensive down to small private individual law firms not one would take my case – they all shared the same response, that I would not have a chance to win. This was quite damaging as I felt like I had no way out.
One of the firms however was Richmond Chambers. I did my research in advance and knew exactly who I wanted as my barrister. Alex Pease had a great review and I was hopping she could help me. After speaking to a very polite receptionist and explaining what my problems was, I was invited for consultation. Consultation lasted an hour and Alex patiently listened to my story and took as many notes as she needed. Then I was told they will come back to me within 24h to announce their decision on whether they willing to take on my case. This was promising as I did not reach this stage with any other firms. Alex personally called me the next day and offered her services. She mentioned it’s going to be a very difficult journey, but we have a small chance. I was over the moon about this prospect.
