Wash was ok, had the HD wash but only used foam at start on wheels not the full size of car. Didn’t spend much time cleaning wheels and didn’t dry car very well at end either

I bought my voucher in advance. As previously I tried to purchase a voucher on site, but with no internet available and after several attempts to pay. I ended up paying four times. Very frustrating. So this time I paid in advance, only to find it closed for maintenance works. I checked your application and there was no indication of the site being closed. Very disappointing

This time the facility was working well. Probably the best wash in a while, but it’s not consistent sadly. I think the product is good, the staff are great but it’s a premium product which doesn’t always deliver a premium result.

Quick, affordable and a great job for the price. Had a very muddy car from parking in woods and driving through muddy fields and got it cleaned to a decent standard in 15 mins and £11. Would recommend

I was very impressed with Mari in Kidlington, the hard working chap that prewashed my car, he was very thorough and seemed to care! After I had been through the wash, I had to park up and give him a few quid as a tip! I don't think it happens very much as he was pleasantly surprised!
By far my favourite local IMO Carwash, the very best service in Oxfordshire, very highly recommended!

The car wash was broken, I appreciate this wasn’t their fault but it meant I wasn’t able to use the bank holiday voucher. I felt they should have let me purchase a wash with the voucher I had, then I could claim the wash once everything was fixed.

The acid you use on wheels is simply too strong, it leaves marks on wheels and valve caps as well as plastic nut covers that cannot be removed.

I find this service great although it does leave the odd watermark but there high end programs very worth while

The staff were very weird, one was hysterically laughing and gesturing for us to go on before the light was green and while the other guy was still spraying the car. Also very little English so it was hard to ask questions as it was our first time in these kinds of car washes.

Was quite excited to get the car washed as I was thinking ill be getting something better then the standard ‘petrol station drive thru car washes’ I pre purchased the best wash for £19 prior to arriving being quite impressed with the professional and appealing marketing, with the thought of I’ll be getting something ‘more effort’ and ‘better quality’ then the standard drive thru wash.

Least to say, the wash was nothing special and I really, really struggled to see what was the difference between the petrol station £6-7 washes and this £19 wash. There were no such things as tyre dressing, pro-shield, ultra HD, ceramic XTR. Simply put it was a foam wash with a drying at the end which always only gets 80% of the water off.

Wash quality is ok but love the people who wash the car. As always the bumper of the car never washed cleanly.
