triple foam colour been changed
The foam for the triple foam was white ?
Has this been changed from the multi coloured ?

IMO car wash is at my local supermarket…
IMO car wash is at my local supermarket so it is very convenient for me to take my car there and I’ve had the app now for a few years. However, I get frustrated that bundles and offers are shown on the board when I arrive at the car wash that don’t appear in my app. This is frustrating because I will pay to have a basic car wash, but for the same price I could’ve had something better. I have no wish to subscribe, but more incentives for us app users on your more basic car washes would influence me to use IMO more.

Better of manual cleaning
Payment via Web is nice
Cleaning itself was not good. Alot of Dirty Spots left and I was especially disappointed with the rim cleaning. Also they didn’t had any jettons left for their free vacuum which is quite a bummer too for 15 bucks.

Ultra Crappy Wash
This is my second time visiting the car wash and on both I was left feeling dissatisfied with the quality of the wash. I purchased an "Ultra HD" wash. On completion there was still muck stuck to paintwork and windows and the washer had successfully washed the two rear wheels but the front wheels were still filthy. I wasted £15, for an ultra crappy wash! Thanks. I won't be going to an IMO car wash again.

I visited this car wash on upwell…
I visited this car wash on upwell street for a mini valet, but had a very frustrating experience. The price board clearly advertised a mini valet at £20, yet the attendant demanded £25. When I politely pointed out that their sign stated £20, the attendant became rude and abruptly told me to go to another car wash, stating he had no time. It is extremely unprofessional to turn away a customer simply for asking for clarification on advertised pricing.
