It was my first time there and the man was very friendly and explained what to do with my car as it’s a automatic

Always a good service. Used it 50+ times. Never had an issue with staff or the car wash itself.

Reasonable prices if you use it regularly.

quite rude, and car turned out dirty in the end... Including significant wax traces...

I did not like the fact it feels very rushed. I bought the top wash at £19 that includes a hand wash and I did not get it .my wheels aren’t that clean either. So if I were to come back I would just get the cheapest clean.

I visited IMO Car Wash yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience due to the staff's attitude. The employee on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed eager to rush customers out as quickly as possible without any basic courtesy or respect.
As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of professional service. Leaving the facility feeling disrespected is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this branch and certainly cannot recommend it to others. Extremely disappointing service.

I’ve had my car washed here quite a few times and always been happy with the result. On this occasion when I got home I realised that the bottom half of the car was still dirty and at the back. Usually they are thorough at doing a “pre-wash” of the car before it goes through the wash but this was lacking on this occasion.

Took my car to imo Bedford & the staff were ready & waiting even though it was a very hot day! I went for the total wax which was perfect. I always get consistent washes….

Used the automatic washer .

Car clean was ok but the alloys were not cleaned. When I asked about it was told 'that's how it is' When I asked if he had something I could clean it with myself he gave me a couple of dry hankies which were pointless.

Efficient and professional

£18 for a normal car wash the guy literally spent less than one minute on my car, spraying random stuff and pressure washing it before I went into the tunnel.
Some parts of my car like under the side mirrors came out dirty the car does not come out fully dried some parts are still wet like the front grill which makes stains on it.
Not what I thought I’d rather a £8 hand car wash it comes up much cleaner and cheap cheaper

The hanging strips of drying cloth were missing so the drops of water on the windscreen and car weren’t removed leaving dots all over the windscreen

During my visit, while still inside the car wash machine and approaching the drying section, I noticed that my left wing mirror had folded. When attempting to correct it, I accidentally pressed the button that opens the boot. To prevent any damage, I immediately put my car in park to ensure the boot would not hit the dryer above. Unsure whether it was safe to exit the vehicle, I asked a member of staff to assist by pressing the button from outside.
After managing to step out, the manager or team leader approached and made the following comment: "Why did you open the boot?" I responded, "What kind of a stupid question is that? Do you really think I would purposely press the button while stuck inside the machine?" He then walked away without saying anything further.
Once outside, I requested to speak to the manager, only to discover that the same individual was in fact the person in charge. I then asked for a dry cloth to remove the remaining water marks on my car, as the machine had stopped mid‑cycle. When I opened my door, an assistant informed me that the cloth provided was only for the exterior and that he could not give me one for the interior. I reminded him that my car had not been fully dried due to the interruption, but he repeated the same refusal. I explained that if I were paying for a full valet, the cloth would be used inside the car, yet he still declined.
This entire interaction demonstrated poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and no willingness to assist a customer in a difficult situation. As Beckton is my nearest IMO car wash, I am extremely disappointed by the experience.

Had the ultra HD wash on my reasonably clean care. After the wash had finished I still needed to clean my wheels and re-clean parts of the car l. The left side of the car was not cleaned properly and it seemed the that the brushes and equipment on the left were not as good as on the right hand side.

It was very good
