bought a Ceramic XTR online and arrived at the car wash in Perth, only to be told I couldn't take my van through the wash, got no help from the guys there , very abrupt and no help whatsoever. my advise is don't buy online as you can't get a refund. I went to Morrisons car wash where the van fitted no problem as at home so not sure what the problem is with IMO. Very poor service

Always shut, and dont reply to customer service emails when sent. When you can get a wash they are not bad.

An Excellent Service
The IMO car was is close by and convenient to use. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The cost of my wash is comparable to other services in the area.An excellent service.

Waited over 20 minutes for guy to turn up to wash my car as he had left to go to the shop at 10am, I then asked for a valet as well as the car wash, he told me he didn’t want to today and to come back when it was someone else. Will not be coming again

Poor car wash and service
Two men who couldn't be bothered to do any work, very rude saying didn't have equipment to clean inside of the car. Laughing and joking among themselves charged full price for a poor clean on the outside with filthy smelly water definitely won't be using again

I’ve been coming to this IMO Car Wash brigthon street hull for quite a while and the service is always fantastic. The team are consistently friendly, welcoming and work incredibly hard.
What really stands out is the attention to detail. They always make sure the wheels, windows and the rest of the car are properly cleaned before it even goes through the wash, and the results are excellent every time.
It’s nice to visit somewhere where the staff recognise returning customers and genuinely seem happy to see you back. Great service, great attitude and a car that always leaves looking spotless. Highly recommended.
