It’s ok, however the Carbana wash in Exeter is far superior for the same cost. Probably won’t use IMO again

Wonderful 1st experience at the drive in on the Buncranna Road in Derry. Friendly & extremely helpful car attendant & an excellent car wash! Will definitely be using this service again.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with IMO Car Wash. I paid for the Ultra HD wash, expecting a much better finish, but the overall quality was very disappointing.

1. Visible swirl marks: After the wash, I noticed visible swirl marks on the car. I am not sure whether this was caused by the brushes being too harsh or by the washing process, but it was disappointing to see this after paying for a premium wash.

2. Side mirrors: During the wash process, my side mirrors were folded out. The staff did not ask me to fold them in before entering the wash. I only noticed this afterwards because it was difficult to see clearly from inside the car during the process. I would expect staff to advise customers about this before starting the wash.

3. Poor wash quality: The actual wash quality was very poor compared with a good hand car wash. I paid for the Ultra HD package, including the wax treatment, but afterwards there was hardly any noticeable shine or finish on the car body or alloy wheels. To be honest, you could hardly tell that the car had received a wax treatment at all.

Overall, I don't feel the service provided was worth what I paid for, particularly considering I chose one of the more expensive packages. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be a returning customer to IMO Car Wash.

4. Interior valet pricing: I also found the charges for the interior valet service to be considerably more expensive than I would expect, especially when compared with other car-cleaning options.

I hope IMO can take this feedback seriously and review the quality of its washing equipment, staff procedures and overall service.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Great car wash as usual. Very reliable service and I get a lovely, shiny car! Hooray!

Very thorough prewash.
My car was very caked with bird droppings which had been baked on and I was worried it wouldn't come off. However, the operative provided a very thorough pre-wash and I believe this made all the difference. I was really happy with how clean my car was after my visit.

I'm client in this company but since that what happened no longer. I have booked a program for 15€ and i payed it through the app and not in cash as i always do because i left my portfolio home.
But because of that i get a poor service. The employer refused to make a pre-wash the car and especially the alloy rims properly, asked for additional 3€ in cash to do that. As i told him that i always do this program and i always get it proper with the pre-wash,his words was"Boss said that, I'm not the boss".
I didn't have cash money on me so i couldn't pay the extra 3€ charge. And because of that i get a very poor service, not even the service i paid. The car was not washed properly and left with dirty rims.
It's very disappointing.

I regularly use IMO Car Wash and have visited this site many times, including using the taxi offer at both full and half price. As a taxi/private hire driver, I rely on a quick and properly functioning car wash, especially when I am working and have customers or jobs to attend.

Today, I paid for the Triple Foam wash, but no soap or foam was applied to my vehicle. The car was effectively washed without receiving the premium service I had paid for. This was particularly frustrating because I was in a hurry to leave and collect a job, and the issue caused unnecessary wasted time.

I chose IMO because I expected the service advertised and paid for to be delivered properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As a regular customer, I find this especially disappointing, and it raises concerns about whether the equipment is being checked and maintained adequately.

I would ask IMO to investigate what happened at the Leagrave Road site, check the Triple Foam system, and refund the amount I paid for a service that was not provided. I would also appreciate an explanation of what action will be taken to prevent this happening to other customers.

Overall, this was a poor experience. I hope IMO takes the complaint seriously and improves the reliability of its equipment and customer service.

The service I got from the attendant prior to the car going through the car wash was the best I have had at any car wash. He thoroughly prepared my car and meticulously removed spots of tree resin from the bonnet of the car.

I have 3 scratches on wheel arch after using this and car is wet at the end so dries with smears

The choice of prices is excellent, you can have a clean car for £6 in around 5 minutes. The staff are friendly too.

Disappointed as the wrong code was entered by your employee so had a lower car wash then planned. When I raised it with him he could do nothing but pay me back the difference.

I think it was very overpriced for a car wash. The finish wasn’t very good. The car was still very dirty so pointless paying the extra for the protective wax.

The service was friendly, and the car wash went smoothly and without any hassle.

Wash wasn't working and the two people who washed my car done a very poor job.
