Positive experience is related to new…

Positive experience is related to new drying mits that obviously absorb more fluid than before. Missing star is due to partially faulty foam spreader on the right side of the car - it was obviously visible that the left side of the car was much more covered with foam, and the right spreader was leaking - needs service. Overall good service and car goes out clean

Friendly service as always!

We always get great and friendly service from the IMO team at Langley Mill, they take care with the car and make sure everything is okay. Yes, prices have gone up, but the car always comes out sparkling and looking great. They are more trustworthy then these 'pop up' hand car washes with zero transparency, at least at IMO you know you are dealing with a proper company.
