I have used IMO for many years& never…
I have used IMO for many years& never had a problem. I notice that 1 negative reviewer mentioned about wheels not being cleaned properly !!! Well i have just been through the washer & my wheels look brand new now. No complaints from me. The 2 staff on duty were as usual efficent, smiley & friendly.

This specific wash, has not met the usual standards I was used from IMO. IMO Velbert does a great job W-Varresbeck was not able to remove insects from the windscreen properly. not even close.

Short Staff
Car wash almost takes care of itself and is a good service, however I queried the mini valet today as quoted / advertised 20-30mins to be told they are short staffed and average wait times are 1 hour and half and there were several cars in front of me. Needless to say I aborted that option unfortunately. Not the staff members fault but maybe IMO need to review what they advertise.

The 1966 HD bundle offer is awesome, a great car wash for a great price,would be better still if it carried on at that price!
As usual a great wash and dry, better than a hand wash in my opinion !

Loyalty card issues
I use the car wash every week and get great service. The problem is the LOYALTY SCHEME. Yet again the points did not add to the loyalty card. The card got to four. Then on the fifth there was no point. On the sixth there was no point. I should have then had a free ULTRA HD car wash. The guys at the car wash tried to help with the app, but no solution. I’ve written to the company previously and only got a long convoluted reply achieving nothing. The review should be 5 star, but head office takes all that away. Twice now.

Effortless
Paid while in the queue using the QR codes to save and get a small discount. Showed the attendant the code and he scanned and got started straight away. Gave the outside of my car a thorough clean and going over before it went into the drive through wash. Guided me well into the wash and was plesant/friendly.
