I am disappointed with the Ceramic XTR…
I am disappointed with the Ceramic XTR wash service. The stains and bird droppings were not completely removed from my vehicle. I specifically instructed the staff to pay attention to these areas during the manual pre-wash, but they were still not cleaned properly. Even after the automatic wash, the stains and bird droppings remained.

dont bother with an alloy wheel clean with my wash…
had an alloy wheel clean with my wash and when i came out of the wash i had a look and they were still filthy, did not take any of the break dust off !! so might have as well not bothered to have a wheel clean. very disappointed !!!

Did not thoroughly clean the car, leaving bird turd on the passenger door and roof, also one of the rotating brushes wasn't working but the employee didn't tell us about this before letting us use the wash, when I'm getting a £21 car wash I expect it to work!

On this occasion not so good
Usually our car comes out almost perfect. The last time was disappointing. An area of mud was left untouched. Also water marks on the windows and the body. Needed to go over it with a damp cloth. Maybe due to very hot weather?

I visited the car wash at clough road…
I visited the car wash at clough road hull. I paid for extra services (rain repellent) the car was damaged not by the rollers but the guy jet washing before hand. The name badge came off and he just tried to whack it back into place. I went though the rollers and it came off. The car was full of water marks and still dirty. I made a complaint which him and retrieved my car’s badge I just got fobbed off.
