Basic clean saving time

Excellent service! my car was just shining when it came out.

The hand pre wash was not even done. They just sprayed once with water and thats it, no soap, nothing. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Attendant was very helpful - even when I tried to drive through the wrong way! Quick, efficient and effective car wash. Good value for money

I liked the overall presentation and the convenient QR-code payment system, which allows you to pay easily from your car using your phone.

The young man who handled my car wash was very friendly and did a good job, but unfortunately he was working completely on his own. He seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of cars, and I felt it was unfair that he had to manage everything alone.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the washing result. The car was still smeared and did not feel properly cleaned. I regularly use car washes, especially Mr Wash in Dortmund, where I usually get much better results.

On the positive side, the free vacuum cleaners worked very well, and I especially liked the machines for cleaning the car mats.

Overall, the facilities and service were good, but the actual car wash result could definitely be improved.

Bought a car wash on Monday and went to the centre was closed for maintenance works until what the sign said would be 1300, went back for 1330 still closed nobody on site and no adjustment to the time

Paid for ultimate wash, no difference from any of the others, no option for inside to be done and did not clean the window screen very well

The man washing the car was awful rude and uninterested in anything I said will not be going back again

Quick, efficient and car cleaning with all dirt removed.

Basic package is great value for money anything above is just charging you for no reason.

The jet wash took off some of the decal from our Mini bonnet.

Helpful and good natured staff is a real plus point.

The gentleman came out, obviously eating his lunch at the time as it was all over him.
I come to the car wash quite often and usually the man will do clean with the brush before going through the car wash. He didn't do this and as a result the car wasn't fully clean. The back window wasn't cleaned.

I paid for a top wash, I also sent an email complaining that the wash was terrible, this was ignored. There was streaks and soap marks all over my car, but today when I was driving in the rain all windows on the car were rendered useless because of chemicals left on the window, basically I couldn't see a thing.

The guys told me to buy a full package exterior and interior but I wanted to buy separately and I arrived to the same price. Trust the guys

Whilst the car was a lot cleaner there where still patches of dirt left on the car.
