IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The operator was very rude. A complaint has been made and I have received a quick response. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Otherwise it would be a 1.

Been using this IMO for many years now always found them to be very good, friendly and efficient

Excellent clean very reasonable price

Staff were great but the wash not so much, especially for £20. It didn't remove all the dirt unfortunately and still looked dirty afterwards. The car will need another wash =(

The car wasn’t clean when it came out and the worker had his young (5-8y/o) children and wife working to clean cars when I asked for something to clean my car matts with he just looked at me and told me no and proceeded to help someone else who offered extra money outside of the full price I paid, I paid for the highest level car wash

Fantastic service at a great price

I have a subscription for 6 washes. Using my third wash, where the is £2 off for a HD wash. The car wash attendants where did not which wash I had to purchase, he said he doesn’t know what’s on offer, they don’t get told by management. He then told me to purchase the full price for HD and this will reduce the cost by £2; which it didn’t and charged me the full price of £14.
It’s a shame that the attendants don’t know how the system and subscriptions operate.
I would like my purchase of £14 to be reimbursed, as I later learnt, that I should had purchase the standard triple foam wash which would give me another purchase of full HD wash with £2 off to use at a later date.
In addition, the full HD wash did not remove the bird poo stains and marks. Not happy at all.

Such a shame it used to be a good little car wash. Now you are forced to pay via the app which means you now have my details and no doubt will send me endless emails until I eventually unsubscribe. Biggest problem is the vacuum cleaner now only accepts card and doesn’t suck at all absolutely useless machine.

Polite hard working staff

It was a long wait as this carwash is very popular but worth it.
I have a convertible and the soft roof and body of the car always look great after a triple wash.
Only one member of staff that i could see, and he was working hard, smiling and polite.
I always scan and pay whilst waiting in the queue, which is easy and saves time.

Service generally ok. No matter which washing program: Car never fully clean. It would be even greater if one was allowed to use own cleaners like insect cleaner, tire cleaner

left car dripping and streaky and even bird droppings so not too impressed for a £12 wash

Car came out all shiny and clean. The older gentleman working there was very helpful and polite..

The attendants were very quick and efficient and the car was lovely and clean.

Not as good as last time. I purchased the Ceramic XTR at Northampton as last time it put a silky to the touch gloss shine on the car. This time it was not as silky to the feel and in my opinion was only the HD wash. I noticed in particular as last time there seemed to be a creamy polish applied at the end this was hardly visible when being sprayed. Also the tyres hardly looked as if they had any dressing on at all. Not impressed when paying for the top of the range cleaning and not getting it

First time going there and they did really well explaining what to do. Service and staff were top notch
