IMO Car Wash Reviews 

I don't enjoy paying twice for the same service. Payment on app refused to go through while I was at car wash so I paid attendant. Then money was taken and I was sent a code I cannot use as I don't live anywhere near Chester and won't be back up this way until the end of August.

Booked ahead of time
Turned up to the burton on trent site at 17:50 and it was closed (Friday)
Had triple foam wash on Saturday - car left streaky and with a terrigle finish - ive had to polish it to look preset
Didnt even remove dirt from tyre arches

Good afternoon a wash had it vacuumed . The boys and supervisor was friendly and did their job diligently

Staff were amazing, the ‘quick pay’ however took over 15 minutes before I then had to pay again so they could get a QR code, 6 hours later I then got my code through. Had to reverse awkwardly out of the space to allow people to get past me while I waited, all in all it’s cost £40 to have a wash

Friendly and professional staff. Quick service. Convenient location. Good app.

Good little car wash. Staff struggle to speak English but hard working and are attentive to giving the cars a good pre wash

Surprisingly good result, the combination of man and machine works well and is super quick

Staff were efficient perhaps a little abrupt but did a good job. Did not have a long wait either.

Not washed lots of mud on side and back.attended was rude and can’t speak English need give him a lesson

Reasonably priced car wash. When I don’t have the time to do it myself, it’s my next best option.

I live in Dover, car was dirty so went to your car wash in Folkestone to be told on arrival the car wash is broken down, in this modern day you would of thought it easy to tell customers that your site was out of order on your website but hay ho

Just been to probably the worst imo in the UK.

Paid for a mid range triple foam wash for the little run about. Shame to start off the indicator didn’t work so no confirmation of what you were getting, then got to the foam, now I know what it should be like three pipes all putting out different colours foam on both sides, nope on the passengers side was just getting white foam nothing else, on the drivers side same but I could see that one pipe was just doing nothing and the third pipe was just all pouring out of top nothing going towards the car.

The machine stopped half was through and needed resetting. That was bad enough but hey ho thing get blocked up it was 4pm so had been running all day, after exiting drive round to see the chaps at the entrance, First gent was polite but just said have to see boss not me. OK fair enough , the manager then came back from sitting under the trees and said “what’s wrong”, I very politely explained that the triple foam wasn’t working expecting him to apologise, check it and then give me a couple of quid back as not had what I’d paid for. NOT EXPECTING : Foam coming out no one else complained “ fyi I hadn’t complained just let them know it’s broken” , I politely said no it’s not I paid for a triple foam wash and it’s only working (just) on one of the foams, his reply “So what you Want me to do about it” sorry I was a little taken aback at that point and said if you not going to rectify then I’ll have to take it up with IMO, his reply good look with that and walked off

Got my car outside and inside cleaning both was perfect and mehedi did a great job

People there are amazing , friendly and helpful. And my car was clean properly
