Brilliant finish on the car. I took advantage of an offer and got a Ceramic treatment and wash for £5, so impressed

Chose my wash and paid on the app. Love that it starts with a manual pre-wash and wheel wash, then you go through the machine for the chosen programme. Doesn’t appear to leave any fine scratches unlike some machine car washes. I will probably buy a subscription in the winter months when under chassis protection and rain guard would be helpful. Very pleased to have found this, as it’s just what I wanted after my local hand car wash went downhill on attention to detail whilst increasing the price.

The whole process was easy and efficient.

Really great car wash. Didn't take long and car was spotless after this wash.

I am writing to make a complaint about the way I was treated by one of the workers at IMO Car Wash.

When I visited to have my car washed, I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner by a member of staff. Every customer should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or background.

I believe all customers, especially Black people, should receive the same level of respect and service as White customers. This is a public business, and everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally.

I have been using this car wash for over 10 years, and unfortunately, I have experienced similar problems over the years. It is disappointing that this issue still has not been addressed.

I ask that you investigate this matter and ensure your staff are reminded of the importance of treating every customer with dignity, respect, and without discrimination. I would appreciate a response explaining what action will be taken to prevent this from happening again.

Great Staff, short instructions.

Paid for a ultrsla hd wash. The attendant put zero effort into pre wash therefore the car came out still dirty and had to manual wash myself

It seems to me no matter the level of wash chosen bits are always missed, pre wash brushing not always carried out. So hence the rating

Good service

Lovely experience, friendly staff and would definitely recommend. My Vauxhall adam came out gleaming and I only had the total wax! A missed patch around the bottom of my car but it goes thru the machine so you can’t really fault it plus you can’t really see it unless your looking for a fault.

The customer service was very good. Sadly, I have always experienced a semi-clean finished product. Particularly around wing mirrors, around door handles and the rear badge of my vauxhall and beneath it as this serves as the boot handle. My alloys have always been quite dirty still after a wash.
On my recent visit I purchased the Ultra HD thinking this would give it an extra clean and the finish was even lower than previous visits.
The main paintwork looks really good around the car at distance, but close up it's obvious the usual spots are missed and in addition, I could still see traces of bird poo across the roof. As I went through the car wash I noticed the machine bent my wing mirrors outwards. No damage caused but concerning as they are quite stiff to fold by hand and I'm a big guy!
Also, I found the long drying strips at the end of the car wash have been removed from its track, so all glass had streaks down them!
It's just a little disappointing. When my car has previously not come out as clean as you would expect, the staff are very helpful in giving those areas a manual clean over but the whole point of a car wash I would have thought is convenience and efficiency.

Went to Coatbridge to use my voucher. Place was shut for maintenance. They are selling time limited vouchers but car wash is not functioning to use the purchased voucher. Seems like a scam to me.

Great staff but Bredbury site has some clogged rinsing nozzles presumably not just due to the eco wash I used.

Didn’t clean very well and had a really bad smell
