IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The man who works at the car wash is always polite and helpful (showing me how to turn off my hill start!) and I never have to wait to wash my car

When i used to use imo last year they used to apply tfr on your vehicle while you were waiting so it worked and done what it supposed to do, now it's like the staff rush the job we pay them to do, wheels don't get washed properly, I got home and checked my car and there was still little brown marks on the paint work, when I pay for a wash I expect a proper job to be done and not half a job. Service is pretty poor to be honest.

Customers ignore rules regarding vacuum cleaning at busy times but take all the time they need to polish their cars in the vacuum cleaning bays and therefore causing queues with long delays!

Purchased HD wash on the app but was told it was broken and given a lesser service for the same cost

Easy to use. Operator told me where to drive to and the machine did all the hard work

Employees friendly. Disappointed that the machine indicated it was giving me a lower wash than the one I had paid for. Spoke to a member of staff after who claimed the indicator light wasn’t working properly, but I can’t be sure I got the treatment I paid for.

Arrived and a small Que in-front so sat and watched everyone get a good clean, came to our turn and hardly any attention to detail. Car came out with a lot of muck still on it and wheels not clean. Booked rain away - I’m not sure we got it. Very disappointed won’t be back!

Took the heavily discounted Ceramic Wash (-£13) but was disappointed because the speed of the conveyor belt had been increased so I was out and through in double quick time but the dryer (which usually leaves my car with water spots on the bonnet) left my car soaking wet - so wet that I was very tempted to stop and photograph how wet it was.
I wish I had.
I have another cheap ceramic wash to use, but now I’m wondering if it’s worth it, given I have to stop at the roadside and dry my car with a chamois cloth because the car went through the ‘dryer’ so fast it wasn’t dried.
Monumentally disappointed because (from experience of other IMO carwashes) I know how good the ceramic wash can be.

The mechanism to move my car forward was not sitting correctly, the wash had to be interrupted to fix the belt. The half height brush which washes along the drivers side door was not working, and the next set of brushes were so close to my side they moved the wind mirror - this has never happened before so i don't know if it was as a result of the rollers not being positioned properly. also the dry function did not work properly on one side of the car, my car was tracked with water marks all down the drivers side. i will not use this facility again.

Car wasn’t dry after exit so lots of marks left behind. Several areas were not properly cleaned and all of this despite using the top priced wash. The car wasn’t particularly dirty to start with so very disappointed with the outcome. Will not be using this place again

Really love my visits to IMO Car Wash. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The car is always gleaming when I leave! Can't ask for more really!
