A very fast and efficient car wash center. Staff is very helpful and had good experience. The vacuum cleaner is powerfully but need atleast 2-3 coins to clean full car.

Bit rushed, I was the only car there, didn’t get the wheel clean, guy with spray walked around like “I hate my job” if he’d got the spray on the wheels I think they would have cleaned up better

Great Service and a reasonably good wash!
Used IMO Car Wash at Norwich as we currently have a hosepipe ban so couldn't use my own pressure washer. These mechanical washes never make quite such a good job as when you DIY, but for the money and under the circumstances I was completely satisfied with the service and the finish. The staff were very pleasant and the whole procedure was very efficient. The hosepipe ban may be with us for some time yet so I may well use IMO again, until I can resume washing with my own pressure washer.

Really impressed with IMO
Really impressed with IMO. The whole experience was straightforward from start to finish, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was dealt with efficiently. It’s refreshing to find somewhere that makes things easy without any unnecessary hassle. Great service, good communication and a genuinely positive experience. Would happily recommend and use again!

Ceramic XTR and Fab Staff
I always use the car wash in Eastbourne the guys there are always great. Yesterday they washed my tyre rims with some heavy duty cleaning stuff to bring them up very shiny.
I always get a Ceramic XTR my elderly car looks amazing. It provided a great wash and the polish as I have to park under trees keeps the body work amazing. Highly recommended

I'd paid for 2 washes but one of them expired. This wasn't clear when I purchased them. The car wash itself was as expected as in my car came out cleaner than it went it. I was gutted to have to pay twice though!

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. Used the Halifax West Yorkshire IMO. The attendants were quite rude and didn’t properly pre clean the vehicle prior to going through the car wash, whilst going through it constantly broke down, the dryers didn’t work and after inspecting the my car on returning home I observed that where the solution used to clean it had settled on the paintwork the paintwork was badly marked, which I am finding difficult to polish out and may have to have the vehicle professionally renovated.
