IMO Car Wash Reviews 

when im feeling lazy i always use the car was at asda cribbs causeway. This time i downloaded the app whilst waiting in the que and purchased a wash it took over an hour before it showed in my wallet by that time i purchased a wash got home and cooked my dinner. The staff were great as always, shame the app isn't the same.

Efficient and a fair price

I visited first time and I got diamond wax option but still have mosquitoes blood marks at front and nobody there to dry the car after wash. For me not worthy.

The car wash was good however..... I ask every time if they can clean the wheels and they are always still dirty when the car wash it's done. They spray something on them then jet wash so they never get a good scrub.

Clearly signed prices. Efficient staff. Altogether painless

The guys working in the wash were friendly, thorough, and respectful of the car whilst handwashing, the wash machine itself, is very good, although the drying phase could be better as some wet spots had ran down the body and dried by the time I got home to wipe with a chamois, al in all I am happy with the standard and the paint work is protected at the end of the day.;

Car was not clean after ultra HD wash, not worth the money

Friendly,Fast, only one person but he was keeping the Queue moving at all time.

The car wash itself was good; however, the customer service was disappointing. I purchased a wash through the app while waiting in the queue. When it was my turn, the operator scanned my code and said it had already been used. As I had only purchased it about a minute earlier, that seemed very unlikely. I suspect the code may have been scanned twice by mistake.

This should have been a straightforward issue to resolve, but instead the operator spent several minutes insisting that the code didn’t work. The overall experience could have been handled much better, and I believe the process and customer service need improving.

A good service but I did not give it 5/5 as the drying process was not very effective where remaining water stayed on body / windows left and once dry left shampoo/wax residues, especially on the windows
