Not well recommend. I have couple of experience in Cwmbran. After the wash, soap stain remains everywhere. Nobody looks after wash. The staff should be be more knowledgeable.

Nobody visible at the car wash when we arrived, for a moment we thought it was closed again, had to honk the horn to gain operatives attention, not welcoming or friendly greeting. It would make it a more pleasant experience if personal smiles and greeted the customers

Rude staff
Rude staff. I waited, no one in front of me and no staff present. After 6 minutes I sounded my horn and a member of staff came around the corner holding a duster clearly perturbed that I had sounded my horn. He then disappeared again after a few minutes Ibsounded my horn again and he appeared again hands spread wide as if to say what? He then came to my window took payment and put me through the car wash

bought a Ceramic XTR online and arrived…
bought a Ceramic XTR online and arrived at the car wash in Perth, only to be told I couldn't take my van through the wash, got no help from the guys there , very abrupt and no help whatsoever. my advise is don't buy online as you can't get a refund. I went to Morrisons car wash where the van fitted no problem as at home so not sure what the problem is with IMO. Very poor service

Always shut, and dont reply to customer service emails when sent. When you can get a wash they are not bad.
