Caused damage to my car!!
I've been going to this car wash for years but on my last visit a few days ago I noticed that the machine has caused damage to my BMW! There is a very large scrape mark on the front of my car and the paint has been scratched off down to the undercoat and on the other side, there are several quite long scratches. This damage was not there before I went into the car wash!!

The short guy who served me was completely incompetent and rude, didn’t jet wash wheels as normally done, and was rude and arrogant when directing me into the wash, this shocked me as the experience with IMO up to this point was excellent.

Broken drier
Staff were lovely. App is great. But the drier was not working so my car is all streaky. There was no pre-warning of this and no price reduction. Am unlikely to use this IMO branch again.
