I choose the top program thinking it…

I choose the top program thinking it would look good, but it has left water marks all over the car. I had to get someone to polish it for me. If I'd have known I could have got it cheaper by paying cash at the door rather than using the app, I'd have done that. £19 for the car wash, £20 for a polish. Waste of money. I've learned my lesson and will clean the car myself next time and you can shove your service.
