Love an IMO carwash
Been using IMO for a while now. The machine always does a great job on my car and the staff are always friendly and helpful. At my most recent wash in Coatbridge, the dude John was really friendly and explained my choices.

Got a triple foam car wash at colney fields car wash, came out of the wash and realised that there were still miltiple spots visible clearly on the windscreen
Went back and tried to speak to the people, but they just ignored me and said nothing can be done, I asked so what is the point of having a wash? He said nothing can be done and one of his colleagues very rudely asked me to go off.

Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service side, ignorance from staff. I'm a disabled person trying to ask a question and all I got was shouting and hand signals. They did not pre-wash my car and tyres as expected. Glass always comes out with lots of water marks. Not a happy purchaser.

I spent over £12 for my car washout I…
I spent over £12 for my car washout I didn't get the programme I paid for, as I got the lower polish than I paid for, and the car still had dirt from i sects on many of the panels.
This is definitely over priced for the quality of the wash, and if it weren't for the hosepipe ban, I wouldn't have used them this time.
Also the drier cycle doesn't work too well and needs hand drying to stop the water spots developing.

Just a truly awful experience
I couldn't find the pre-paid wash in the App. Attendant refused to help and was aggressively rude. We left in disbelief at our treatment and without having our car washed. Never going back!

I contacted your customer service…
I contacted your customer service yesterday to ask why 2hen the website said the braintree imo was open, and after around journey of roughly 10 miles, and purchasing my car wash online, only to find it was closed.
The response i received wasn't satisfactory, and when I questioned this I was ignored.
