Paid for the £20 ceramic car wash and…

Paid for the £20 ceramic car wash and had no more than what I've had when laying for the £5 car wash so was dissapointed.

Even more disappointed to get home and the car still be wet, dirty and full of small scratches from the car wash.

Will not go back and warn others not to go.

Poor show

We purchased 6 HD washes and when we went on both Sunday and today we had to buy different washes due to the HD wash being unavailable. The staff were very unhelpful and when asked when it is likely to be fixed. Just got an aggressive its not working. Not good customer service and maybe this should also be something shown on the app to avoid paying upfront for unavailable services

Poor quality car wash

hardly any soap/shampoo, only some water jets working, some bits of the car wash seem to be missing from and did not clean the car as it used to.
