Cleaning was not satisfied and advertised wrongly
First it is very complicated to understand your App.! Than you advertise with 5,- discount on your first car wash. Nowhere it is written that it is only valid for the most expensive car wash. You see it when you are already in and download your App. The guy who did the high pressure blast was not thorough enough. Birdshit was after cleaning still on the car. The Maschine was also not working well, as on one side I got the half of the amount of the active foam. And at the end the car was still wet and full of drops. Was not dried properly like when I compare it with other car cleaners.

dirty wheels
got to work and my wheels were still caked in dust cleaned them with washing up liquid they came up no issues so i was a bit disappointed as it was the second best wash available

Looking run down
So, I've went here for a long time now going on 4-5 years now, I've noticed lately however perhaps in the last year the place is starting to look run down and not looked after. The big brushes that clean your car are looking increasingly filthy and not looked after, I'm there regularly but have never seen anyone in there cleaning down the area. Just yesterday at around 16:00 it took a good few minutes (5 maybe) for the guy to come out of his office area, looked like we'd just woke him up there was two of us waiting.

Excellent wash
Excellent wash. Would give 5 stars b ut the price board was nowhere near the QR code sign so we had to pay extra for what we actually wanted. Clearer signage needed please.

Terrible customer service.
Good Car wash. Customer service is terrible. 1 attendant and his communication is non-existant and when he does decide to acknowledge you, he seem to talk down to you. Won't be going back simply because of the arrogant staff.
