IMO Car Wash Reviews 

I pre paid my wash at Eastbourne, and drove miles to get it done, it was closed for maintenance (lunchtime) I had to wait around for at least an hour. Happy with wash but a busy car wash shouldn’t close in the middle of the day?

Considering it was the top wash there was still parts of the car that where not cleaned properly, the attendant at Leyland wash still asked me to pay even though I had purchased through the app , our first time using IMO fortunately it was a £5 offer definitely not worth the full price of £16 , if you need your car washed fast and there is an offer on then go for it otherwise pay £12 for a good hand wash service

May favourite car wash, so quick and convenient. I normally have a special offer with money off a wash but unfortunately not this time. Saying that it's still great value and exactly what I need. They guys at he wash are A1 and courteous. Well done!! 👍🥳

Very well run business. Love that they use jetwash first before going through the conveyor wash. They don't skimp on the amount of cleaning products used either.

Car wash was good for general dust and dirt buildup but the finish wasn't great and was left with smeary finish on the windows and not great cleaning in areas like the windscreen edges and around the wing mirrors. Not sure the price was worth it compared to a hand car wash which might cost slightly more but would end up with much better finish

He took an age because he was washing his OWN car

As I went through the car wash it kept stopping because the lady behind me was nervous that what I was told by a worker. she kept putting her foot on the break so my car didn’t get washed very well when I went to a worker he said it’s okay I will dry my car however my car wasn’t washed very well and when I asked to go through again, he said the line was too long.I wasn’t happy with it. I wouldn’t recommend the car wash.

This is a useful car wash, which I have used many times over many years. I no longer live in Hull though, so this time I was just visiting. However, the attendant annoyed me so much that if I'm in Hull and need my car washing, I might use a different IMO in the future.

I have an automatic car that is difficult to put into neutral. No idea why, but the easiest way to do it is to turn the car off and on again. I also have an electric handbrake with auto hold, amongst other features. It's not a car that was designed to be manually put into neutral with the handbrake off. In fact, it actually resists it. So getting the car into the right position was challenging. That has nothing to do with the fact that I'm a woman and much more to do with the fact that I've never taken it through an IMO before.

Not only was the guy mansplaining the whole thing but he also kept calling me "Darling!", which was super patronising. He was also very impatient given that the entire place was empty. He kept saying, "I do it!" then making things worse. Grrr.

The next time I stopped, I discovered that the car was covered in water marks, which I had to rub off. It is definitely significantly cleaner than it started out, but it wasn't the best experience.

Functional, speedy however ultimately no attention to detail and your car won't be completely clean I had to redo the wheels
